Sunset has been keeping a huge secret from her friends. Some time ago she got her magic powers back and since then used it to fight evil under the guise of a magical girl. Now she has finally decided to reveal this secret to her friends, though their reaction is not what she expected. As it turns out she's not the only magical girl.

Twilight Sparkle gets the chance of researching and questioning the first live specimen of a changeling since the Canterlot invasion three years ago.
Twilight goes in with a scientific mind and wants to figure out everything about these evil bugs, as clearly they have shown themselves to be nothing but cruel in the past. However, in an attempt to find a cruel primitive being, she instead finds something she did not expect.

This story is something I made out of a combination of my own headcanon for changelings, and with my frustration, yet love, for philosophy, which I study at writing moment at university. This story will have slow updates, but I will work on it. This is as much a work for me, as it is for you.

My first story in this continuity. Apologies, but I'm not a Nobel-Prize worthy writer—yet. Even my summaries are still imperfect, so apologies for that too. This story's a bit of a slow starter, but I promise it gets better after Chapter X—which I haven't written yet, I'll replace "X" with the right number once we get there, together, dear reader, you and me. Of course, if you don't like it, please don't read it; I do not wish to inflict needles suffering on fellow sentient beings—I hope that, in some parallel universe, a pony is reading this.

This broth is owned by too many cooks for me to list or even care, so sue me. Yeah, I'm not even listing the proofreaders, they knew what they were getting into when they signed on for this mission; I'll remember them so you don't have to.

Currently being rewritten: from its broken fragments will be forged a newer, better, successor story, like Anduril seceded Narsil. Indeed, the Flame of the West will succeed the Sun/Moon upon their ascension. But that is a story for another story.

Because of Sunset Shimmer's ascension, magic, once thought non-existent in that world, starts to awaken as more and more gain the ability to use magic. And meanwhile, a shadowy force that once was the servant of a blank-faced nightmare begins to revive...

Takes place in the Waking Nightmares universe, starting two years before it and then with a couple of timeskips to get to the beginning of the Waking Nightmares timeline.

Some folk say that children are more precious than all the riches in the world. None can be even more precious, than a rare alicorn foal being brought into this world with love and care. How will the Royal Sisters of Equestria handle being thrust'ed into motherhood.

Luna and Celestia have a brother they never mentioned before and he's some anger towards Celestia and he's come home to try and set that aside but as time goes by his anger rises and soon he tells a secret that will explain why few events happened
