Arceus, God of Pokémon, Master of Creation and Leader of the Legendary Council has made Equus a new home for his Pokémon hoping to give them a fresh start and escape the Darkness and evils of Earth and protect his children.

But little does he know that Equus has been in the crosshairs of Darkness for One Thousand Years.

Oryx, The Taken King, First Navigator, Lord of Shapes, and harrowed God has come to Equus to avenge the death of his son who was killed by the Princesses. With his army and his fleet at his disposal he arrives at the planet only to find resistance in the form of creatures known as Pokémon, united in an effort to defend their new home.

But what Arceus and the people of Equus don't realize, its that Oryx is called the "The Taken King" for a reason.

And the answer will horrify everyone involved.

A breakthrough in science appeared in Opelucid City's laboratory, allowing one to see beyond the dimensions of their own.

Then, Arceus's exodus occured. Due to the nature of the equipment in the lab, the destination of the lab workers had shifted towards a different destination. Now, Mono, Lith and the other Pokemon and former humans have to unite with the residents of a futuristic version of Equestria so that they can survive underneath the shadows of a new dimension filled with less than friendly alien contact and ancient secrets.

That's what I always say to myself, at least. Me? I'm just a trainer who aim to defeat every single champion and become the strongest. That's the goal that I carry with me until the end of time. One day, a massive world changing event occured. Of all the thing I expected to happen, this isn't one of them. A new world where peace rules with iron fist, diverse inhabitants, even meeting a new friend. Because of that, a lot of things happen to me.

My name is Eric Angelo, this is my story....no...our story. Our legend where everything begins anew.

Due to Lord Arceus' plan to transfer the Pokemon and all worthy humans to Equestria, Skye, Hiro and Jewel are separated. Skye finds herself in the company of a group of ponies who ran away during Sombra's evil reign. Hiro lands deep in the Everfree forest. However, he does not trust the ponies of Ponnyville and hides in the Everfree. Jewel is stuck within the Changeling Empire, under the care of a loving family. However, she longs for Skye and Hiro.

Will the two, and more, be able to find Skye to lead them into the future, or will they be separated for the rest of their lives?

Abby Trombly is a Pokemon Ranger, well, to be more specific, she’s one of the best Pokemon Rangers in the Corps. Black Market Rarecandy operations, Slowpoke Tail selling, underground fighting rings, she’s seen it all and dealt with it using both the skills of herself, and her Pokemon. However, Abby has a secret. For years now she and her partner Arcanine Kasai have been much closer then regulations would ever allow.

Now upon being thrust into a new world, with a new, much fluffier body, Abby and Kasai are going to have to find a way to continue their old work while coming to grips with a new type of challenge entirely.

A side-story of A New World a New Way

Tyler, Amy, and Emily were three regular trainers dragged into the third battle against the evil group Cipher and their Shadow Pokemon. And they were able to defeat them... At a high price. With one of his Pokemon partially corrupted by a new type of Shadow Energy, and the sting of betrayal fresh on his mind, Tyler wasn't in the greatest of positions. And then Arceus decided to enact a mass exodus... Now in an unknown world and an unknown body, they must learn to live with these ponies and find a cure to the shadows within.

Side story to zeusdemigod131's A New World, A New Way. This story will be using concepts and characters from Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, including Wes, Rui, Michael, Shadow Pokemon, Cipher, and Snag Machines. Links here and here.

Allen was a skilled Pokemon Trainer who who had traveled much of the world, wanting to see it's wonders and maybe one day find a place to call home. But then, Arceus was freed from his prison and Allen was swept away to a strange new world.

Now Allen has to find his team to be sure their safe and discover what in the world has happened to the Human Race.

Steven Stone is an adventurer, a researcher, a hero, a scientist, a Pokémon right activist, a millionaire, and overall, a Pokémon lover. He has worked several years to make Earth a better world, to get rid of all the evil and the corruption that has tormented it for years. He has seen the rise of heroes and the fall of villains. And when his world seemed to be changing for the best, he left his title as Hoenn's regional champion, and left to explore the world and solve its mysteries.

Unfortunately, his look of reality was far from true. In the eyes of their own God, humanity was a plague, they had to be judged, and punished for their actions.

Earth was abandoned, and those deemed worthy were transported to a magical planet in a completely different universe, Equus.

Steven now finds himself with his trusty, yet cold and soulless companion; a pony thief in the search for adventure and a tendency to attract problems; a sarcastic, negative, disrespectful and almost-suicidal Sylveon; and far many other unusual characters he'd never thought he'd befriend. He'll travel far and wide in search for answers, as he also tries to convince a stubborn almighty being from changing his mind. Just another Tuesday for the former Champion
