Being a princess is stressful, but your peers and friends can certainly help.

That was what Twilight had in mind when she invited Luna over for tea one afternoon. A relaxing, friendly meeting between two fellow princesses where they can commiserate and share their experiences. An invitation to a stronger friendship than they had before, offered to a pony displaced in time.

What she got was an uncomfortable assertion about her relationship with her number one assistant, Spike. One that she is having difficulty refuting.

The work of a businesspony is to provide goods or services to other ponies in exchange for the abstracted representation of the worth of said goods or services (i.e. bits), typically to obtain said abstracted worth in greater proportion than what said goods or services would normally be worth in an economic vacuum. Typically, this entails finding a good or service in high enough demand that ponies will pay disproportionate amounts of wealth to obtain it.

Take, for example, Dextromethamphetamine.

Luna's return was met with significant fanfare, though with all the fuss dying down, and with the formal re-establishment of the night court months away, Luna seems to have had little to do other than lounging around.

And sometimes, those memories don't want to be forgotten.

Some might say that it was a Confluence of Magic. Others might declare it to have been the Will of Discord. Still more might claim that something in the Baker herself was to blame. And some would state that it was something about the dough. Truly, it could have been any of these factors, or a combination of them, but however it happened, its end result was a strange event so unusual, it changed Ponyville forever.
