When Twilight Sparkle slipped beneath the covers last night, everything had been fine. She had friends whom she loved, a teacher she adored, and a bright future ahead of her. But when she woke up, her blankets and quilts had been replaced by hospital gowns and padded restraints.

Everything is wrong and nothing makes sense; even her friends have changed. The doctors keep telling her that she is sick, that none of it was real and that it was all in her head. Yet she remembers a life far beyond the hospital walls. She couldn't have made it all up on her own. They must be lying… right?

Crime, is something that is present no matter where you look. Sure there are places that seem free of its influence, but scratch below the surface and you'll see signs of crime and corruption.

Even a seemingly peaceful land such as Equestria has its secrets. For unknown to many, the world of crime has quite the influence.

Applejack is aware of this fact, but when Granny Smith reveals how it ties into the deaths of Applejack's parents, Applejack is furious.

Before long however, she decides that there's only one thing to do. Teach the world of crime a lesson. And she intends to do so using their greatest weapon, fear.

And so, Equestria's greatest, and most mysterious defender is born.

Apple Bloom takes a shortcut on a joint project for Twilight time. This poor decision inadvertently leads to a discovery about herself that will change her life forever.

Rainbow Dash has an unusual way of learning, and Twilight’s determined to take advantage of it. Before she knows it, Rainbow’s worst fears become reality and her life unravels before her eyes as she becomes the smartest pony alive.

These words mark the very existence of the Brotherhood and their mission to preserve the freedom of man from the Templar Order.

The Mane Six, having arrived in France after a mishap with the Element of Magic, are rescued by a member of the Assassin Order. Who are the Assassins and Templars? And why do they have such interest in the Element?

Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.

This is our Creed. We are Assassins. Our cause: To rid the world of both Chaos and Absolute Order. To establish Harmony in lands that possess none. We were formed 200 years ago, when the mighty Starswirl The Bearded created the Elements of Harmony. These Elements have been passed down through the generations, picking their own Bearers. This generation, the Elements picked six strange girls to Bear them. A farmer, a street performer, a baker, a scholar, a tailor, and an animal caretaker.
With these girls at the helm of the Brotherhood, we hope to end the Templar's activities in Equestria. Though that may bring the entire government to its knees.

Apple Bloom goes, reluctantly, to a book-signing event at the Ponyville library, and soon finds herself talking to the new author. When the conversation turns to getting a cutie mark, she learns a lot more than she expected about the stars, her ancestors, and the value of patience.

The residents of Ponyville are unaccustomed to violence, but recent attacks are shaking up the normally peaceful town. On top of this, Twilight Sparkle has been experiencing short bouts of memory loss and is getting concerned with her own health. The truth in the situation may be harder to bear, however.

The fate of Equestria's future lies in Twilight, Applejack, and Rainbow Dashes hooves as they try to thwart the plans of a rebellious syndicate leader who was exiled from Equestria years ago. The army of rebels use their leaders highly advanced technology to overturn Celestia's magic against her and plan to take Equestria for themselves. Will the girls save their land from an era of despair? Or have Twilight, AJ and Dash finally met their match?

[Complete!] When Rainbow Dash crashes into the library one too many times, Twilight ends up becoming her coach for the upcoming Best Young Flier Competition. But Rainbow Dash wants more, and relationships are never as perfect as they seem.
