Once she got her wings, Twilight found herself with three times the magic to study. She's been spending time with her friends since, the better to understand how each does what she does.

Now it's Pinkie Pie's turn, and she thinks it's best if they discuss her abilities in her heavily soundproofed room. A bit unusual, but it's not like they'll be doing anything actually dangerous, right?

Set between Seasons 3 and 4. Written for the More Most Dangerous Game, using the Cupcakes prompt.

Cheese Sandwich is a very busy stallion. With his Cheesy Sense dragging him to every corner of Equestria, he doesn't spend as much time with his wife Pinkie Pie and his little foals as he'd like.

But when he does come home, his son and daughter are always there to greet him.

As well as a bunch of their friends.

After the rousing success of her first party, bringing joy to her parents and sisters, Pinkie Pie left her home to teach that joy to others. On her first day in Ponyville she stumbles across a struggling Sugarcube Corner, and resolves to help out the business.

The Rainboom happens as it should, and a few certain fillies earn their cutie marks because of it. Except little Pinkamena Diane Pie, who went inside before she could witness it. Thus, she never left the rock farm.

That meant she wasn't in Ponyville to throw that party that inspired a runaway colt named Cheese Sandwich.

However, the two end up meeting in adulthood, and the broke wanderer Cheese takes a job at the rock farm, and works alongside the grumpy Pinkamena and her family.

My take on an AU, created upon realizing that Cheese Sandwich was indirectly affected by the Sonic Rainboom. And in case you're wondering, the whole eternal night thing goes the same way as the show (except a different mare--whoever you imagine--wields the Element of Laughter).

The tumbleweeds tumbled down the dusty streets like a thing that tumbles, and the sound of the theme song to Colt Eastwood's "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly" played in the background. On a kazoo. By me. Because I was playing it on a kazoo. In the saloon. And then the weird fella who looked like some foals got their "build-a-model" kits for ponies, dragons and griffins all mixed up came in, sat down next to me, and offered to buy me a drink. Turns out chocolate milk really hits the spot when you've had a long, hard day of kazoo playing.

This story is a sequel to Midnight Snack

He had wanted to show the other colts how cool his big brother was.

He had wanted them to believe him when he said that his brother was amazing.

He had wanted his words not to be so empty.

But to said brother, they already were. Especially after one screw up that worsens their relationship. As stallions, they can only be angry toward each other now.

A very cheesy followup to a cheesy story. Takes place a few years after the first one.
