Ok that's out of the way, I absolutely love these stories and (even though this was about 2 years ago) I would love to rewrite them and fix errors. Also I want to finish the second one. Anyway, on to the description:

After Rainbow and Soarin went on another date, Rainbow started getting severe stomach pains. When she goes to her friends to ask if they have an idea of what could be happening to her, what they tell her is to shocking, so she goes to the nurse at school to find out if it is true. What the nurse tells her makes her heart shatter into a million pieces. Rainbow will have to now go on an adventure called pregnancy. And how will Soarin react to Rainbow telling him that he is going to be a father?

After suffering a back injury, Big Macintosh returns to work at Sweet Apple Acres. But after he comes home late yet again, he begins to see how he is taking things a little too quickly... and how he is not the only one hurting because of it.

Rated for sensuality and adult themes. Rating changed from Mature to Teen.

Fluttershy and Big MacIntosh are arguably Ponyville's cutest couple.

Their friends and family wonder, though, how the extremely shy pegasus and taciturn earth pony even ended up together, let alone how they stay together.

All Fluttershy wants to do is help animals. Even when it might prove dangerous to her, she sacrifices herself for the well-being of her critters.

Being in the Apple Family comes with its struggles. Living in Ponyville requires a lot of patience. But having to live with both? May the Princesses help that poor pony.

This is a simple story of sacrifice, shyness, wise old grannies, rodents of unusual intelligence, apples, magic, and a whole lot of love.

At her lowest point, Fluttershy meets the most wonderful stallion, who helps her out. They eventually fall in love, get married, and have a foal. All they want is a life of quiet domesticity. Of course, given that they live in Ponyville, that probably won't happen.

Rated T for mention, but no descriptions, of sex and pregnancy.
Alternate Universe because of up-aged Fluttershy and Macintosh to avoid certain unpleasant things.

It's Hearts and Hooves Day and Princess Celestia has sent a special challenge For Twilight Sparkle and her friends to find some pony special for each of them. However, Rainbow Dash is not interested and is too focused on training to become the next Wonderbolt, until she finds that some pony had left her a rose on her door step.

Big Machintosh and Fluttershy begin a companionship during the first day of their high school lives and try keep each other sane in a school that had already labeled them as outcasts for being overtly shy, among other things. As the year progressed, this companionship eventually changed into something more.

But both lives are instantly changed forever when Big Mac investigates a rumor about his new 'friend'.

Sweet Apple Acres has finished a long expensive building project and a bright future is ahead. Too bad Thunderlane was careless and crashed into it, toppling it completely. Now he has to work to pay off the damages, but will he even survive two minutes in the Apple family work environment? Better yet, can the rest of the Apple Family keep Applejack from working him too hard? A story of accepting and carrying responsibility, and of knowing when to share the load. Stress can drive one to not act like themselves, and a little extra help can make all the difference.

A day after the wedding at Violet Hill, Soarin and Rainbow take a trip down memory lane on their honeymoon, leading to more stories about their past. After returning, it is back to reality, which may prove to be difficult because the couple are no longer Wonderbolts.

This story is the sequel to Violet Hill and was inspired by the song Til Kingdom Come by Coldplay. Rated teen for some hinted adult themes and jokes.
