When Scootaloo hears from Sweetie Belle that a number of last season's merchandise was leftover at Rarity's Boutique, the young filly gets a mischievous idea regarding her idol. After all, if anypony can make frilly, out-of-style fashion cool... It's Rainbow Dash.

The kirin Fizzy Glitch has opened the Book of All Stories, letting loose its power to rewrite reality as its pages are scattered all over Equestria and beyond.

One of these pages, carried by fateful winds, could now change the tragic destiny of a cursed princess...

This is my written contribution to Ponyville Ciderfest 2023's Interactive Storytelling Adventure. During the convention, attendees could find special codes (#Scattered in the present case) to unlock a story, then decide which of the three factions would claim a magical page – heroes preserving the status quo, villains vying for victory, and agents of Chaos hoping to have some fun. Flurry Heart has to find a way to save the Crystal Heart with the help of- *checks notes* Cozy Glow?!

Will these two fillies be able to find a way to stop the Crystal Empire from being engulfed in snow? Why IS Cozy helping Flurry in the first place? And how did all of this happen?!

You'll just have to read to find out!

Fueled by courage and armed with technology and a van, the tornado ponies are on Earth to both study tornados for the benefit of humans and gather data to improve predictions. Dusty's a grizzled veteran of storm-chasing, and the ponies were born for it, but neither pegasi nor humans can totally predict where a tornado will go or what it might do.

The premise of Ciderfest 2023 was that one of the con mascots had discovered the magical Book of All Stories and accidentally trapped everyone inside of it. This story is based on that premise.

Nothing ever changes within the forest. Public joy is shameful, pleasure fleeting, and you're not allowed to talk about what you're missing. They tell you what not to say, because that's the best way to make sure you think about it all the time. The younger generation is taught to be just as miserable as the older, allowing the perpetual miasma of depression to occupy fresh hosts. And so the facade which calls itself 'life' goes on across the centuries. Without change and, for the pain of loss, without end.

There's nothing new in the forest. There never will be.

And then there is.

Rarity is a busy mare, but such is the life of an up-and-coming young fashionista like her. Between designing her newest gowns, overseeing multiple shops in multiple cities, all while managing to maintain her social life, she hardly has time for anything else. There are some things, however, some ponies, that she will always have time for, such as that little red-headed filly gazing through her window of her boutique.
