Trixie has lost everything. Her fame, friends, and motivation. She is taken under the teachings of Princess Luna who wants her to realize the meaning of magic, love and friendship. But who does Trixie really love? Only a certain purple unicorn comes to mind...

When a magician is stripped of clothes, status and pride, she is forced to wander a path of uncertainty, blindly searching for answers and purpose. Trapped in the dirty and tattered maze of her own exile, when can one no longer call herself Great and Powerful?

Twilight Sparkle and Applejack see a mysterious pony at the border between the Everfree Forest, and Sweet Apple Acres. Little did they know that this pony is the Great and Powerful Trixie herself. Through a course of events, the tales of Trixie's mishaps in the Everfree make their way to the mane six. Quickly, a romance develops between Trixie and Twilight.

Chrysalis seeks peace with Equestria and Celestia. Celestia has a hard time trusting the Queen but tries to give her a chance. She may soon realize that an old foe may become more than even a friend! Meanwhile both their kingdoms have trouble dealing with the sudden alliance. These two not only need to get their relationship straight but their government and society settled as well; and they'll need each other to do it.

Trixie has messed up but doesn't want to be such a bad mare. She grows fondness towards her rival, Twilight, but still has her pet peeves about who is best. Twilight wants to help Trixie but has a hard time getting past Trixie's stubbornness. Their intertwined love/hate relationship cause them to end up in a mysterious temple.

This story is a sequel to Sparkle Kitten

Twilight Sparkle and Rarity are about as happy as two ponies can be together. Their love is about to be tested, though, when Twilight's former flame returns to Ponyville to take back what was once hers.

This story takes place in the same timeline as Sparkle Kitten and Trixie's Great and Powerful Revenge. It's written without taking the events of Magic Duel into consideration, as I thought of this idea a good long while ago, but only just got to it.

When one of Twilight's spells goes a bit awry, she finds that an affected Rarity might be a little more than she bargained for.

Twilight Sparkle is summoned to Princess Celestia's castle early one morning, via a letter stating that she is being held captive and needs Twilight's aid. However, things take a strange turn once she arrives.

(I wrote this for the April 2011 friendoff on Equestria Daily. It's not super-graphic, but I think it's enough that a teen rating sounds good. It's also slightly edited; I decided while rereading that I wasn't quite happy with one part in the middle)

It was just a normal day for Twilight, sitting around in the library, reading books, until Trixie comes knocking at her door.

This is a collection of short stories in which I carefully avoid using cliché fanfiction responses to certain situations. It will also serve as practice writing characters that I may not be comfortable putting into a larger story yet, so feedback is appreciated.

If anyone has a suggestion for a cliché I should avoid, let me know in the comments, and I will consider writing a story in which I don't use it.
