They say things didn't use to be like this. They say things were different, before Luna came back 60 years ago, but Detective Hard "Hardy" Boiled of the Detrot Police Department has never known any world other than that demarcated by the seedy streets of his beloved decaying metropolis; a world in which the coroners sing and dance, surveillance bugs have personality disorders, and the Chief of Police is a scarier entity than most of the eldritch things the city attracts.

The grey unicorn who turned up dead outside the posh High Step Hotel seemed like just another case, but her missing horn is the pointy tip of a very large and nasty iceberg. It's up to Hardy and his friends - a rejected monster hunter, a psychic cab driver, and an underground antiques heir - to find out what’s going on in an investigation that promises to stick more than a cupcake into the very eye of Detrot.

Especially if Hardy has anything to say about it.

Whirling Feather is just another ordinary pony in the Grand Pegasus Enclave military. Living above the protecting cloud cover, she's fairly oblivious to the poisonous wasteland below.
But after an unpleasant mission goes horribly wrong, she find herself grounded and isolated.
Now she simply wants to go home - but it is the Equestrian Wasteland, there is no such thing as simplicity.

Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy have a fetish that they share. It is a fetish for hooves. Fluttershy learns of this experience after Rainbow Dash accidentally had one of her hooves make contact with Fluttershy's during dinner time. Fluttershy was afraid of this new feeling, but Rainbow Dash will help lead her through it, as they explore their hoof fetishes.

*This story's purpose is to show the intimate moments with hooves that play in the actual story, "Trials of a Fillyfooler". This story won't make sense unless you read that in conjunction with this.*

The immaterium is an unpredictable and fickle aspect of reality, and "impossible" ceases to be a valid term when it is involved.

By order of the high lords of Terra themselves, a lone soldier from the Death Korps of Krieg has been sent to the planet Epona to wipe out its Xeno population. Starting with Equestria, the Korpsman has sworn not to leave the planet until he falls or completes his mission.

However, no Korpsman should fight without setting up a proper trench first, and so the Korpsman must dig...and dig...and dig.

Destroying Equestria is going to take a while.

When the weather hasn't been to her animal critters' likings lately, Fluttershy ends up getting many requests from them to change it around their area so that they could play more often. But Fluttershy knows next to nothing about how to control weather clouds. Thankfully, her best friend Rainbow Dash is an expert on weather clouds. So who better to teach her about how to use weather clouds than her?

Unfortunately, they soon learn that this was the worst possible day to ask.

This story is the prequel to this. Since it's a prequel, you probably don't have to read that to enjoy this. But if you've read it, you'll most likely know the direction this takes. The sequel was written before this.

There was only one explanation. For all of it. All of the strange, erratic behavior. Her irrational fear of the sun. Her nocturnal habits of locking herself in in the dark and closing all the blinds. Wearing her sunglasses everywhere, even inside! It was time to invest in some silver, garlic, and a wooden stake.

Shortly after the victory in the Everfree Forest by Twilight Sparkle and her new friends, Princess Luna arrives in Canterlot a sad, broken shell of her former self. In the depths of her grief, the princess of the moon receives an unexpected comfort in "one good stallion" - a young member of the Royal Guard seeking nothing more than to help where most are shying away from that duty. This meeting sets the futures of both involved in ways neither of them could have foreseen at the time - but who is the "one good stallion"? You'll have to read on to find out!
