Pewdiepie has been freed from captivity, and now wonders around Equestria in search of one thing: The Legendary barrel killing artifact!
This is essentially the fic in which I write super terribly. Expect characters to be out of character, descriptions to be undescriptive, and jokes to be funny as hell, but make no sense whatsoever.
The element of loyalty is put to the ultimate test as she finds herself stranded in a foreign world with no idea where she is, how she got there or how she can even get back. When she is rescued by a small group of battle hardened soldiers on a secret search and rescue mission, she has no choice but to go with them if she wants to stay alive.
Soon she realises the seriousness of her situation as she finds herself on the front line on one of the worlds most fearsome battles.

I'd heard about the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic from my college roommate who is way too into the show. Disturbingly so, actually, but good gravy I would never watch the darned thing! What am I, five? I've got better things to do with my time than watch a silly little girl's show. However, that didn't stop... something from transporting me into the world of the show, so here I am... in Equestria... trying to get home. This is gonna be interesting.

2022 REWRITE IN PROGRESS
After being rudely awoken from Cryo-sleep, John-117 finds that the Forward Unto Dawn has been sucked into a gravity well, causing it to fall towards an unknown planet. In the crash, he is separated from Cortana and falls alone into the Everfree forest. In addition to this new complication, old memories from a scarred and tragic past haunt his dreams, putting his remaining sanity on edge.
However, he has little time to ponder these thoughts, as he encounters the planet's... peculiar... inhabitants.

The Sangheili are a saurian species of fierce, proud, strong, agile, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians. They are named after their home planet, Sanghelios, and are known to Humans as Elites, due to their adeptness and skill in combat. The Sangheili formed the military backbone of the Covenant for almost the entirety of its existence, they fear very little, and take great pride in an ancient, honor-laden code.
However, this group of Spec Ops Elites, Grunt, and Kig-Yar have crashed landed in Equestria by way of a slipspace drive being detonated in the middle of the ship they were heading to, the 'Glory Upon Salvation'.
Now they have to find a way off the planet and back into space so they can continue their journey to the Blessed Path... by dropping hot plasma on human worlds.
But will they want to, when something they revere tells them otherwise?

Around five decades after the Human-Covenant War and the Ark was destroyed the Covenant fled, scattered across the universe in small fleets or surviving parties of the once almighty, but now ravished congregation of alien races that was the Covenant.
The UNSC have separated their Navy into two divisions: those who go out and repair the damage the Covenant placed on the Humans and those who hunt down the remaining Covenant so they know the Covenant cannot rebuild or attack any other forms of life in their conquest to walk the path of the Great Journey.
This account is of the UNSC frigate class, Aurora Dawn, and its fleet as they hunt down the last surviving Covenant fleet as the Covenant ships drift towards an unknown planet in search of the one last Forerunner artifact that could help them achieve the path of the Great Journey in one moment and destroy all life in any and all surrounding galaxies. The Forerunner artifact, known as the Fruit of Good and Evil, found in the Forerunner sanctuary known as the Garden of Eden, which is found in the heart of the moon of this unknown planet. The Covenant must be stopped at all costs and Aurora Dawn and its followers will stop at nothing to end this war once and for all.
The year is 2756, roughly 200 years following the human victory against the Covenant Empire in the Great Interstellar War. We know for a fact that the Covenant, while they were massively corrupted, they were NOT by any means crushed altogether. Over the past two centuries, our UNSC Navy fleet has been assigning unmanned scout craft to and around the homeworlds of the major species of the Covenant Empire, and - while they appear to be living individually for the majority - new intelligence and scans of major systems still in "Covenant controlled" space suggest an ominous and inescapable truth: the alien menace has managed to regroup covertly, and they have massed a fleet FAR larger than anything our galaxy has ever seen before. We would assume that their most likely motive is vengeance, however other pieces of intel suggest that their intended target is not in fact Earth - or any of her colonies within UNSC controlled regions of space - but another, far more distant planet, lying on the outstretches of the Milky Way galaxy. Although their intentions are otherwise unknown, we cannot take any chances and allow the Covenant to advance to this new planet. A medium fleet of UNSC warships has been assigned a scout - and if all goes well - interception mission of this new planet, hopefully cutting off the Covenant in time to stop whatever plan they may have.
