The nation of Equestria has been exploring their little slice of the universe for some time now. From launching probes into deep space, to landing ponies on the moon. Sending things beyond the grasp of their planet has become almost routine. However, with every mission into space, there comes a time when the voyage must end. What happens when Equestria experiences the end of a voyage that they didn't begin?

Spartan 027 has dodged Death's grip multiple times, but after his narrow escape from Reach, he is sent on another mission. The Spartan leads a team of misfit solders that overloads a covenant Super Carrier's slip space drive to stop it from reaching Earth. While aboard he encounters a Heretic Sangheili and a minor elite, who agree to help the humans if they help the Heretic's group of rouge covenant. The Spartan and Elite overload the slip space drive, hurling them into the pony-fied universe known as Equstria, where their troubles have just begun.

It is the year 2552 and the Pillar Of Autumn has just entered Slip space to escape the Covenant fleet at Reach. A malfunction occurs with the Slip space drive and sends the Autumn and her crew into unknown space. The first planet that comes into range is very Earth like, and is giving off intelligent life signatures. What they don't know is that their only way back home is on this planet. The Autumn dispatches a scout party and what they report back is unbelievable. A world completely inhabited by ponies, millions of them..... Welcome to Halo: Equestria.

Then yet another Equestria appears, but this time the humans are quick to cut off the head of the snake, capturing the evil Princess Celestia and imprisoning her. But something seems different about this Celestia...something almost friendly.
