Female dragons lay the eggs, and the males take over from there. So when Spike finds a dead male dragon with an egg, instincts kick in. There's no way he's going to let the hatchling die. However, the unhatched egg brings some questions into light. Who is Spike? How was Twilight able to hatch him? Where did Spike come from and where is his father? The answers to these question, along with raising a baby dragon, may cost Spike everything.

The Doctoress avoids apples from an aspiring Applebuck. And in a library across town, six stallions join their forces as they try to decipher the appearance of filly look-alikes of themselves around Ponyville!

It's not everyday you meet the perfect mare, Whiplash, a cowpony from Dodge Junction has competed in the Equrestia Rodeo in Canterlot. There he faced stallions, bulls, and even clowns...ugh. But there he faced the mare of his dreams, a hard working, southern talking, all beautiful orange earth pony mare. Whiplash is skilled in only one respect, he is extremely lethal and dangerous when it comes to his bull whip. But why is he smiling every time, even in defeat? And why does he always carry such a dangerous whip?

The first draft was a co-bronze-medalist in the the MLPChan /fic/ writeoff for December 2012.

The talented Ponychan /art/ denizen Spirit Shine provided us with a beautifully poignant portrait of Spike's First New Year's Alone as a picture prompt (also: was gracious enough to let me use the image as a cover). I ran with it and decided to have Applejack kill Spike.

It's not as bad as it sounds. Luna's there to keep him company.

What would you do, if you met a pony who was at once your brother, and yet not? Applebuck wishes to reunite with his 'Cousin JayJay', and braves the dimensional divide to reach his goal. But being a small foal, how will he deal with a world in which everything is flipped? His friends, his family, and even... himself?

Rainbow Dash stands atop her father in a crowd full of pegasi. Massive anticipation lingered in the air. The little filly was certain Cloudsdale would get to host the Equestria games.

But what happens when they don't? What will a father do to comfort his crestfallen daughter whose hopes were shattered in a matter of seconds.

Story Idea Based on Fic by: Colt in the Moon

The two-part series pilot "Friendship is Magic", but with a Kingdom Hearts twist. Aspiring Keyblade master Twilight Sparkle fails her attempt at the Mark of Mastery exam. To help get her mind off her studies, Princess Celestia sends Twilight to the nearby town of Ponyville to oversee preparations for this year's Summer Sun Celebration. But the threat of a great 1,000-year-old evil looms.

(Gasp! A Kingdom Hearts crossover! It's so original! ...Yeah, I know it's been done countless times already, but I just couldn't say no. I love Kingdom Hearts; I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the only thing I love more than MLP. 'Blasphemy! Burn the heretic!' I can already hear some of you thinking. Again, I thought the opportunity was too good to pass up. And so here we are.

Fair warning: if you haven't played any of the Kingdom Hearts titles, much of this story will likely go over your head; only the bare minimum of accessibility will be given to series newcomers. Secondly, as this is a Kingdom Hearts take on the "Friendship is Magic" two-parter, Sora, Donald, Goofy, and other KH characters will NOT be appearing. I feel I should make that clear so I don't end up disappointing those of you hoping to see your favorite KH characters as ponies.

Also, if this turns out to be popular, I may do Kingdom Hearts versions of other MLP episodes and even some completely original stories.)
