Why, it's just the Nightmare Realm, existing one and a half dimensions below and above the normal Equestria, and they are sick and tired of Nightmare Night not living up to its name in the 'real' world.

However, are these nightmares truly nightmares, or do they just like a good scare? Why, it depends on who you're talking to! So sit tight, give way to fright, for coming soon is Nightmare Night!

Unfortunately for her, a familiar pair of rivals return to seek revenge. Will she be able to defend her home and still have a wonderful Hearth's Warming Eve?

My first effort at writing a pony fanfic. After a night of listening to "A Walk Down the Trail" and reading sadfics, I smashed out 1000 words of unplanned sad and sent it in. That was almost a year ago now. I'm uploading it more for competeneteness than anything, it really is very short and has plenty of flaws.
