After the invasion of Canterlot failed, the Changelings were given a strict rule by their Queen. No Changeling was ever, EVER, allowed to speak of that failure for as long as they lived, neither were they allowed to utter the name of the princess who defeated their Queen, lest they pay the penalty of Death.

One Changeling accidentally lets slip the name of the princess during a meal, and immediately Queen Chrysalis sentences him to die by stoning.

His execution doesn't go the way she had in mind, though...

This story based and inspired by one of my favorite scenes from Monty Python: Life of Brian.

Twilight is an intelligent mare, and always has something to say. But when a group of bizarre creatures shows up at her library offering life long service and devotion, for once she's at a loss for words. Which is too bad, because she'd really love to ask: what's a human and why are they so weird?

Five years ago, a storm brought a strange winged pony to The Village. Now, she lives at the edge of this small society, cast out, but unable to leave. As a year of terrible misfortune befalls the Villagers, they look for somepony to blame, and long-standing tensions begin to come to a head.

Soon, one side must break, for in The Village, there is neither friendship nor magic.

The mane six take shelter in a place that is, for now, safe from a disaster occurring outside.

This gruesome tale of violence and death is not recommended for colts, fillies, or the faint of heart.

Luna has waited for this moment for years. Only one other soul knows what will happen, and nobody would believe him, anyway. And so she waits to feel the life crushed from her. Only that way can Equestria live.

Twilight Sparkle has been keeping Spike up at night with obsessive writing. One night, Spike's curiosity gets the best of him, and he discovers Twilight has been writing bad shipfiction about herself and her friends.

He decides to teach her a lesson she'll never forget.
