Princess Celestia is never seen without a kind, warm smile on her face. Yet, she's over a thousand years old...just over two thousand, to be exact. As an eternal, all powerful ruler, Celestia shows Twilight a secret room and prepares her to deal with inevitable loss. Afterall, as a powerful unicorn, Twilight will also outlive many ponies. She also shares many scenes from her life, to show her faithful pupil exactly what it's like to be her. But why, exactly?

After the incident with time travelling Twilight finds a spell that lets her travel across dimensions. So she uses it and goes on her big adventure. (Games, Movies, Everything Crossovers)

While Luna was Nightmare Moon she cursed this land; condemned it. Just in case her sister would find a way to prevent her from turning Equestria into a world of eternal darkness, Nightmare made a way that the world would set itself into darkness. But now after Princess Luna has returned to her original self, the reckoning is still upon them and with the removal of Nightmare Moon, no pony will be able to control it. It will be up to the Elements of Harmony to find a way to bring the world back to the light. Along with their newest friend, Electra Storm, who isn't your average Pegasus.

A pony can choose to do many things in his or her life before he or she dies: he could be a farmer, bringing in produce and commerce to the kingdom, or she could be a rebel, fighting to further her cause. Death visits everypony, however: the farmer hopes to leave his farm in capable hooves before he passes, and the rebel hopes to have finished the fight for whatever cause she was fighting for before her time comes.

Sometimes, death likes to come calling early: the farmer taken before his prime provides no additional produce; and the rebel becomes a martyr, causing others to fight in her place.

Sometimes, rather than kill a pony, it is better to leave him or her broken.

Luna creates a small bed of strange magical flowers that when blossom and spreading their seeds attracts the attention of perhaps the most ancient and powerful of all alien species in the entire universe, the Invid. Who are now making their way towards Equestria from a far off galaxy.

Pinkie Pie has a strange tale to tell Twilight upon discovering a very strange coin among Pinkie's possessions.

Filly Pinkie Pie wonders why Princess Celestia is sad all the time, even on her birthday. Granny Pie tells her it's because long ago the princess had to destroy her sister Luna in order to save the world and no amount of time has lessened her sorrow. Little Pinkie Pie decides she is going to make Celestia happy with the best birthday present ever! Now all she has to do is build a time machine and go back and change the past...

As the years drew on, Spike's childish heart grew into that of a true adult, longing for the finer things in life; the finest things. He pursues his relationship with Rarity, but all does not go as planned.

Filled with anger and sorrow, Spike and Rarity fall away from one another. In his grief, Spike pursues new interests, and their friendship is in danger of never recovering.

But perhaps the truest words in life are these: you do not know what you had until you have lost it. Jealous and alone, finding no comfort in stallions she once loved, can Rarity reclaim her one chance at true love, before it is too late?

Twilight Sparkle has passed on from old age. Leaving Celestia to mourn the abscence of her faithful student. Wanting to see Twilight alive again, Celestia travels back in time to one particular night in her and Twilight's past.

Princess Celestia realizes that her time is nearing its' end. So her and Luna decided on Twilight Sparkle and Rarity as a replacement. Twilight and Rarity both want to know what they are getting themselves into, and as such Celestia and Luna must delve into their deep past to explain what will happen.
