Twilight and Applejack wish to have a child that is genetically their own, so the whole gang makes the journey to see a unicorn who is famed for helping ponies in their situation. The Mane Six quickly learn that getting pregnant is not something to be taken lightly.

True friends do everything together, but the night after Princess Twilight’s coronation, the bearers of the Elements of Harmony decided one of those things would be to go out clubbing.

It was a particularly bad idea.

Eleven months later, they find themselves doing yet another thing together which even the best of friends should avoid doing together.

When some of her friends develop a relationship after spending a few days out to solve a friendship problem, without finding any friendship problem in the first place, Twilight Sparkle start to think something is wrong with the Cutie Map. She's mostly right.

Ballpoint Smudge has one job. It's not an easy one, but it's one he's determined to do to the best of his ability. The only problem is that as soon as he meets Twilight Sparkle, everything he's ever learned about princesses goes flying out of the window. He was expecting her to be regal, haughty and bossy. Instead she's warm, friendly and welcoming. Perhaps she's genuinely a nice pony? Nah. It's got to be a test.
