You'd think life would be all caviar and high society luncheons if you were born into Equestria's wealthy elite. But that might not be the case if you also grew up in Ponyville, if your parents named you "Filthy," and if you had a grandfather who had some very odd notions about how rich ponies are supposed to behave.

This is a story about growing up in the time of Applejack's parents' generation. It's also about the Apple and Rich families, what happened with them, and why Diamond Tiara is such a mean little filly—especially to Apple Bloom. But mostly, this story is about learning to be rich, trying to truly love and be loved, and whether it's really possible to have both in this different take on Ponyville's richest citizen.

Now, with the help of her new "friends," she has to remain undetected in a town high on changeling hysteria that would not hesitate to throw her in the Canterlot dungeons should her true nature be revealed.

Prince Blueblood is banned from frolicking within the city limits of Canterlot. In an act of defiance, he strikes out to make a name for himself in Ponyville. Worlds collide when, with the help of some stolen Zebra magic, the poor, unfortunate souls switch bodies.
Now, Blueblood runs amok through the mares of Ponyville while Big Macintosh learns that being Twilight's Prince Charming is harder than it looks.The sleepy town of Ponyville is in for a rude awakening!

In which I, Twilight Sparkle, (the biggest idiot in Equestria), fail miserably, utterly, and conclusively in my valiant endeavor to keep my decidedly-more-than-Friendship feelings hidden from one Rainbow Dash (the sexiest fastest mare in Equestria).

With Queen Chrysalis still disguised as the bride, Cadance, and Twilight sealed in Crystal Mines below, things begin to go askew as the chaos she's causing has an unintended side-effect.
