On a dark day, one may wonder: just what horrors lie beyond the veil of the heavens? What ghastly demons exist that could only spawn in a pony's dreams? What terror!? What blight in the face of all that is good!? What- wait, it's the Mane Six?

What sort of twisted reality contains a lycan Applejack, a vampiric Fluttershy, a ghostly Rarity, and a lich queen Twilight Sparkle, you may ask? Why, it's just the Nightmare Realm, existing one and a half dimensions below and above the normal Equestria, and they are sick and tired of Nightmare Night not living up to its name in the 'real' world.

However, are these nightmares truly nightmares, or do they just like a good scare? Why, it depends on who you're talking to! So sit tight, give way to fright, for coming soon is Nightmare Night!

When Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle decide they aren't contributing enough to the weekly picnic their friends have, they take matters into their own hooves for better or worse.

Watch as two hapless cooks brave the dark frontier known only as The Kitchen!

Wonder at their ability to craft semi-edible dishes!

Be amazed as this somehow sprawls into a grand adventure spanning Equestria... and beyond!

Rainbow Dash walks through the deserted, snowed streets of Ponyville, looking for a place to get warm and finds herself at the door of the local library. Even in the coldest of winter days, warmth can be found, and, as she soon figures out, there are many ways to share your warmth with another.

Some more special and meaningful than others.

A living meteor has fallen, bringing the threat of Equestria's destruction. The Elements of Harmony have broken, following Rainbow Dash's ultimate sacrifice to protect her friends, and they scramble to solve the mystery while the world prepares for war. Moving forward is hard with Rainbow Dash dead.

But peace in the world beyond proves elusive to Rainbow, and she'll never let her friends down when they need her. Not even death will stop her from coming back.

When Twilight Sparkle finds her usually brash and confident friend in tears how can she deal with the surge of emotions she feels and can two such opposites build a successful relationship?

Humanised characters in a mundane setting of small town America . I still hope to have a little fun with this. Inspired by the many fine works of art out there, particularly the cover image .

There comes a moment in everypony's life when they have to look back and see what they have done. There is nothing that I regret in my life. I have battled demons, defeated gods, and deciphered mysteries that the Princesses themselves doubted could be unlocked. All of that was just the beginning to a grand adventure.
