In the small town of Rainbow Falls, amid the constant hustle and bustle of the trade exchanges and Equestria games tryouts, a little alchemy shop goes relatively unnoticed by tourists.
The townsponies know better, though. The shop's proprietor has magical power to rival the best in history, and has on more than one occasion gone off to hunt monsters alone for ingredients.
It's a pity that in the crazy world of Equestria, all he wants to do is run his shop.

Seven long years of war and the fighting has yet to cease. On the plus side, we have our first Dragon Queen, and most of our alliances are stronger than ever. Unfortunately, it also means our enemies hate us all the more. With no end of the war in sight, I begin to wonder if dragons are really meant for the path I set us on. I look forward to proving that we are indeed ready for peace, but in the event that I am wrong... I have no plan B.

Sunset Shimmer doesn't ask for much. She has great friends, a good life, good grades, and has even made peace with her mentor, Princess Celestia. Everything else, she works. for, and she's happy to do it. Including the forgiveness of her fellow students.

Deciding that the best way to make up for her mistakes with the student body, especially those of the last Fall Formal, is to take this year's Formal into her own hands, she applies for the position as Chairman of the Planning Committee. Unfortunately, it seems that some of the teachers haven't forgiven her, either. So they decide that, if she truly wishes to make up for her mistakes, she must do so by working with a member of the student council, it's Sergeant at Arms, as co-Chairman.

Which is me. Pleasure to meet you. I'm Schadenfreude.

Raven is the freshly minted secretary to Princess Celestia. After plenty of harrowing experience under the Princess, Raven thinks she finally understands the job. But the unexpected strikes: an insular race of crazy foxes make a surprise visit to the castle! Can Raven make it through the day in one piece? Can she keep up with the manic immortal alicorn? And above all...

Can she keep it professional? She is, after all, the secretary.

Chrysalis has heard rumors of a crystal mirror having the power to take ponies to other worlds, where they gain powers that put them on par with the likes of Princess Celestia or even the Spirit of Disharmony himself. She wishes to use the mirror for her own ends, so she can gain the power to finally have her revenge on the ponies that have taken everything from her and maybe regain her empire in the process. The world she finds, however, is the dark interior of a ship that is being overrun by dead creatures that will stop at nothing to kill her and the repair crew that came to fix the ship.

She must quickly get used to her new body while fighting the hordes of the dead, come to terms with all of the horrible decisions she has made over the years, and maybe see the light that the ponies talk about... provided that she, and her new companions, don't get killed first.

But royal duty call's and the two are soon swept up into a political game of cat and mouse. And to make thing's worse the king of chaos himself is soon unleashed upon Equestria. To complicate matter's, even more, a new and mysterious threat is making its presence known. Ponies are disappearing only to be found later with odd memories and behaviors. Can Gadget and his friend's find a way to stop this new threat before it can take over Equestria from within?

20-year-old Ryan Burbank is living with his girlfriend in their woodland home when he is struck by a mysterious infection seemingly out of nowhere. To everyone's horror, his sickness spreads quickly throughout his body, shutting him down one piece at a time. The doctors are at a loss of what to do about this new form of bacteria. Ryan and his loved ones choose to keep fighting until either a cure can be discovered...or the pain becomes too much.
At the height of his suffering, he discovers a happy little show while watching television in his hospital room. The bright colors and happy attitudes of the cartoon equines provide him with a much-needed escape from the daily pain of being killed from the inside.
Eventually, the pain becomes too much and he decides it would be better to go out surrounded by his family, in the embrace of those who kept him company throughout his short life. Just as he starts to fade, his eyes wander to the screen of the hospital room television and the cartoon ponies who adorn it. Something strange begins to occur...almost like the screen is pulling him in. Tunnel vision, maybe?
No, that can't be it...why can he hear his name being called by a very familiar voice? And why is she...crying? Who is this crying, familiar voice and why does she seem to know him?
