Fluttershy's home is known to be a bastion for homeless animals with no place to go. So, when a stray cat shows up at her door, Fluttershy feels obligated to care for her.

Except the cat isn't a cat at all.

Every pegasus in Cloudsdale dreams of becoming a Wonderbolt, colts and fillies alike. All parents reinforce it, saying, "Wonderbolts study hard, Wonderbolts practice every day, Wonderbolts look both ways before crossing the runway." The most dedicated and brightest ponies make it eventually.

But they don't tell the reserves about the traditions the main team holds near and dear.

Nor do the reserves tell the main team of their previous experience with certain nicknames.

Spitfire remembered when Rainbow Dash had told her the story of her old nickname, "Crash," and how it effected her performance in Ponyville as a result. So now she goes to see why another up-and-coming reserve member threw out his badge on his first day.

Arrested for multiple counts of discharging a firearm in Manehattan, Pinkie Pie has no idea what she did wrong. She thought that everypony loved her party cannon, and based off of the smiles of those around her, she didn't think twice about firing her cannon whenever and wherever she pleased.

Too bad the police think otherwise.

It is set in Season 6 Episode 2 after the crystalling and before the train ride. It is intended to be in-canon, and should remain so until such time as we meet Starlight's family. Will they help Luna to surface and convince her to lead thestrals down the road of peace, or will they fail and Nightmare Moon will lead them down the path of conquest?

To make matters worse, Moon Shadow, the most powerful pureblood, may have plans of his own.
