This is an anthology of silly, cute, unrelated short stories about Anon, Chrysalis, and their friends and family. It takes place after Bed Bug, Lovesickness, Run Without Debugging, and Gamophobia, but reading them is not required to understand or enjoy this story.

Being married to the ex-queen of the changelings, Chrysalis, is an interesting experience. Having five little bug children running around doesn't make matters any easier. That said, one thing is certain...

In Manehattan there is a strange ape-like creature that is being held in a lab. Its injuries bear the distinctive marks of illegal sport hunting by exotic game poachers.

What's strange is that there's an entire section in books on natural life about this creature designating its kind maned apes. What's even stranger is that there are accounts throughout Equestria's history about maned apes turning up.

The maned ape, given the moniker Big Red by the scientists holding it, is given over to the crown and transferred to Ponyville for safe keeping. The Mane 6 comb through Equestria's historical texts and oral account to try and find where the maned apes come from.

This is an HiE story that starts in Season 1 shortly after Apple Buck Season.

This story is a sequel to The Twilight Enigma

With the queen of Twilight Town present, the Storm King's invasion of Canterlot goes badly for his commander and minions. Not satisfied with a mere victory, Captain Blackmane and her friends go on the hunt. Twilight is determined to find the Storm King and make sure he will never be able to harm anyone ever again. It's obviously a mission of reasonable prevention, not murderous revenge. Obviously... Right?

Book 4 of the Alicorn Adventure series.
Sequel to The Twilight Enigma and prequel to The Skyla Pseudonym.

Queen Chrysalis, against her better judgement, accepted Starlight's offer of redemption after her hive, and her plans, exploded around her. Now, the next day, she wants nothing more than to go on with her miserable life. Her children have other plans.

This takes place in the same universe as my alicorn Starlight story The Tiniest Changes, but can be read on its own perfectly comprehensibly.

I'm marking this as incomplete, because I suspect I will revisit it when I'm in the mood to write Chrysalis, but the first chapter was written, and functions, as a standalone story.

Most of ponykind didn't think much of the space far above their heads, until a record from another world fell from the skies.

Sunset arrives in the human world as a pony in the middle of a busy freeway in Britain and physics happen. Stranded in a world that doesn't even recognize her as a person with everything she's ever wanted, consequences she never asked for and no way home, circumstances conspire for her to end up going to Hogwarts in Harry's year as Luna Lovegood's pet.

Diamond Tiara has a problem. She can't tell anypony; that'll only make it worse. Instead, she tries to mitigate it- through the Crusaders, usually. But that will end sometime, and she'll need another release.

Or a solution. That might work too- but it'll have to be something big to be able to solve her problem.

This story is an experiment, for me. I've never tried writing DT before- so I fully expect her personality to shift a little in the first chapter or two as I get a feel for her. Comments are welcome- EXCEPT those talking about however her problem was fixed in season five. That situation would never happen- and Cheerilee would make sure of that.

DT's problem, here, is inspired in part by the Undead Robot Bug Crusaders by Banjo64- and in part by my own experience.

IMPORTANT: The first thirteen chapters are "old", and written in present tense. I'm better now, but can't be bothered to translate then to past tense just yet, so they'll stand. Chapter 14 and on, however, are "new"- and written in past tense. If the first thirteen are even remotely palatable, 14 and on should be at least a decent read. I don't recommend skipping, for fairly obvious reasons.

Stink Beatle, or drone 007, was a changeling of the Badlands Hive! Well, was, you see, his Queen is an idiot and a bit of a psycho. So instead of partaking in a stupid idea, like invading the capital of the strongest nation that Equus has ever seen, he left the Hive to live amongst ponies in peace… Yeah no, that didn’t happen either. He somehow winds up in Canterlot shortly after the invasion… In the castle, under a Princess’s wing.

Doesn’t this just put a hole in your leg?

A Notice of Hiatus

Jackson Brunner was walking home from work when he slipped and fell. He then awoke in a palace made of crystal that seemed to be long abandoned. Exploring these halls, Jack feels a strange sense of foreboding. Almost as if something horrible had happened here.

And that's not even the strangest thing about this situation.

No, things will only get stranger from here once the new owners of the palace show up.

When a portal is opened between worlds, a trickle of new students comes across it. Professor Dumbledore was ready when the trickle became a roar- but nobody could have been ready for what came next, especially not Dumbledore:

Hogwarts... harmonized.

And Discord did it.

Or at least, his daughter did, but close enough.

Yet another rewrite on the old The Gate/OtIoPW/AI chain, now with an amusing abbreviation. Oh, yes, and consideration towards the challenges of having many thousands of students at Hogwarts...

This story will be taking over AI's Tuesday publication slot, when I remember on the appropriate day of the week.

SoL tag is in the dear hopes that I can actually write enough of it to warrant the tag. Adventure tag is because that's what's more likely to actually get written.
