In other words, it's a pretty terrible place and time for a renegade student of Princess Celestia to find herself. But Sunset Shimmer is nothing if not determined and resourceful. She will bend this world to her will.

That's the plan, anyway. Given how the heliocentric model is still a few millennia away from wide acceptance, maybe she can settle for finding happiness.

With Equestria beginning to unravel, she becomes more withdrawn, obsessing over lost friends and family and glory days long past. But her prospects seem to brighten when she is gifted a strange mirror that connects her with another Twilight Sparkle who lives in a better world.

Celestia yearns for an end, but will she find solace in her conclusion?

Instead of being defeated and turned to stone, Discord made peace with Equestria, opting to rule a land where condemn criminals and outcasts are banished to.

Applejack has been asleep for a week, trapped in a strange recurring dream that neither medicine nor magic can wake her from. In desperation, her wife Rainbow Dash takes her to Zecora for help.

With Zecora's help, Rainbow Dash enters Applejack's dream to try to find the cause of it. They find that the farmpony is cursed, trapped in her own mind by a lie⁠—a powerful one. To break the spell and wake her up, Rainbow Dash has to uncover Applejack's lie, and the truth behind it.

But what could Honesty herself be lying about, and why?
