Though Spike has learned who he is with help of the Great Dragon Migration, he is still left with the question of what he is. Accepting that his personality is different from that of his own kind, but now seeing that there are more physical differences that can not be ignored.

Just as before, Twilight's vast knowledge is unable to help. But, when the purple dragon learns of an old dragon of legend who shares similar differences, he is determined to learn more, With the help of his friends, Spike sets off to follow this dragon's ancient wake, his hopes high to find some scrap of insight into his existence.

But with so many uncertainties, will Spike find the answers he seeks, or will the disappointment of failure crush his resolve forever?

A grown-up Spike looks back on his life and on those who are no longer with him as the anniversary of a dear friend's death rolls around. Will he be able to deal with his grief and put the past behind him? Or will he need the help of someone even older?

A kind of follow-up to my featured fic "My Little Assistant"

Ten years ago Spike left Ponyville out of fear of his rampages hurting somepony. Now he has returned and must face up to the events surrounding his departure.

Needs work, but I am not quite sure how to make it better. Please comment and critique.

Everyone has to grow up sometime, but when it's Twilight's best friends turn, will she have the strength to let him go?

I am a long way from home. I have been asked to live among ponies for a time yet unspecified so we might learn from each other. I have chosen to accept this assignment for our mutual benefit.. This is the story of my attempt to live among ponies so we may learn from each other. I am just hoping not to cause mass hysteria.

MLP is owned by Hasbro, of course. This work is submitted for nonprofit entertainment only.

This story will not be adhering to any set schedule due to my job and personal life. This is a fun project that I will do on my time.

For Spike, the Summer Sun Celebration was more than the celebration of the summer solstice. It was the day he and Twilight came to their new home in Ponyville, the day the Elements of Harmony were rediscovered, the day six mares found a bond so powerful, it would define their entire world.

For Spike, today was a day of remembrance.

If she had been a good little filly, she would have listened to her mommy and daddy and her teacher and the esteemed mayor of Ponyville. If She had been a good little filly she would have stayed indoors, hiding under her bed as she waited for the Royal Guard and the Princesses to arrive and deal with the dragon. If she had been a good little filly, the kind of child that always got what she wanted for Hearth's Warming, she would not be on the trail leading up the mountain, to where the dragon now rested.

Glitter Belle is not a good little filly. She is a curious one, whose curiosity has brought her face to face with a very, very large dragon. Let's hope it's in the mood to talk.

After his adventures in the Great Dragon Migration, Spike receives a letter from Princess Celestia, telling him that she could know who he really is. However, once in Canterlot, he discovers more than he expected: he is, in fact, Ka-Hurr, the prince of the Dragon Kingdom of Draconia, lost many years ago. He now goes to his homeland to learn more about his people, but that won't be the only thing that happens with his return.

There will be some Skyrim references, like the mention of Alduin and the Dragonborn, but it won't be a Skyrim crossover.

Since I couldn't find a good Draconic translator, italics will be used to replace it, think that every moment that a character speaks and the text is in italics, he is speaking in Draconic.

What if Spike was never born into a lifestyle filled with ponies? What if he was raised as a dragon? What if he stumbles upon our favorite little bunch of ponies?

He finds out the hard way.

Don't ask where the Romance tag comes into play.

A sort of 'what if' story I thought up of. Let's just assume everything in the show went completely fine and according to story, except Spike wasn't there. Experimenting with first person fiction, be gentle. Tags added as they come. Also, the picture may not seem so, but he does have wings in the story. Just thought I would point that out.
