A decade or so before the light bringer cleared the skies. The Equestrian wasteland was just as hostile and unforgiving as ever. What would become major factions and warlords were just starting to gain power and spread there influence. Ride along with the train crew of Engine 3133 as they travel the country on the rails of the old Friendship Express. Struggling to balance survival and profit this band of ponies must deal with dangers from abroad as well as with in or become the next victim of the wasteland.

One pony noticed that the horrific myths surrounding the wildlife of Everfree Forest aren’t completely unbased, but the danger is oftentimes avoidable. She compiled her field notes in hopes of showing Equestria the true nature of the Everfree in its complex beauty of a well-working ecosystem.

Have you ever thought what’s the cause of the stench coming from the mouth of a hungry timberwolf? Why do parasprites reproduce in such a strange manner? How come that poison joke poisoning is really rare despite the blue flower blooming everywhere in the Everfree? This thin book may hold the answers that you seek. Let me present you Natura Semper Liberi, The Guide to the Nature of Everfree.

This old story went through a well-deserved revision in October 2020. The guide remains mostly the same, it was just adjusted for better wording, flow, and clarity. In other words, it's even better than it was before!

Onyx is a young crystal pony with a twisted mind and a complete lack of foresight. He relishes in the suffering of others and has a disturbingly chipper attitude. All this is to help conceal his absurd desire for revenge and bloodlust. When he was young, Starswirl the Bearded whisked him away from the Crystal Empire with promises of being his apprentice. Years later, this led to the one spell that changed Onyx's life and devastated an entire country, and much more.

Sombra is the result of that spell: a young and mysterious creature created by a kind of magic almost as twisted as Onyx's mind. Unfortunately, Onyx is now and forever in his mind, unable to die or age as they are locked in a constant power struggle and a journey across the Arctic that could claim both their lives should something take a tragic turn.

I've been thinking about writing my own fanfic for a while now and I thought, why the hell not. I Hope I don't disappoint too much. Also I'm not gonna be having a lot of ponies cursing all over the place, not really my style and preference.

Though she has nothing left to live for, she reluctantly chooses to raise the child once it’s born. The only question is, does she have enough strength to deliver it?

Jacob doesn't consider himself a special individual. Average, maybe. Intellectual? far from such. He has show interest in history in the past, though. So when he winds up in Equestria through an ancient ruin that still contained a fifty thousand year old magical charge, he becomes very interested in history. He decides to look more into Equestria's past, the time before the ponies arrived there.

Luckily, he won't be doing it alone. The Princess of the Night has shown a recent interest in history as well, and together the two explore ancient relics from Equestria's past.

When they find something during the exploration of an ancient buried chamber though, everything changes for both of them.

A mother will do a lot for her child, even give them up if it meant them having a safer life growing up, despite the obvious pain that comes for the parent.

That pain is something Queen Chrysalis has gone through for eighteen years, but now the time is upon them, and she wants her daughter back. Even if that means invading Canterlot during a royal wedding.
