I have cancelled any furthering of this fanfic. I have lost interest in writing about pairings that include the mane 6 mainly because they're so susceptible to canon changes. Hopefully what is written here is enjoyable enough. :)

A collection of stories describing Fluttershy and Applejack's relationship. All of the stories were previously published as separate stories, however I decided to combine them all into one neat collection of stories.

Each story so far:

1. A Family Affair:
Just a few days into their relationship, Applejack and Fluttershy are already faced with with their first test as a couple when Applejack is kicked from her home in Sweet Apple Acres just because she chose to be with Fluttershy. How will she fix things with her family and stay with the one she loves?

2. A Double Double Date:
A nervous Applejack and content Fluttershy go on their first date with their friends Lyra and BonBon.

3. Buckwheat:
Applejack's past comes back to haunt her and Fluttershy, as her ex Buckwheat comes to Ponyville searching to get back with the orange pony. This situation puts their relationship to the test again, while Fluttershy's personal struggle with confidence (or lack there-of) takes it tole on her.

4. Photo Finished:
Applejack and Fluttershy run into Photo Finish at a parade they starred in, and are pulled into another photo shoot with Lyra and BonBon. Things don't go over so well, and Applejack develops a disliking for Lyra when she pokes fun at the mare for her poor performance during the Photo Shoot.

5. Motionless:
After a receiving a letter from Braeburn, Applejack is summoned to Appleloosa to fight against a raging fire that threatens the existence of the whole town. Even through Fluttershy's persistent worrying, she goes; leaving Fluttershy in Ponyville, worried about her mare. After arriving in Appleloosa, Applejack joins the fight alongside Big Macintosh and others. After hours of exhausting fire-fighting, backbreaking work over the night, sudden disaster strikes leaving Applejack unconscious and helpless; in the middle of a rapidly growing fire.

6. The Dilemma:
When a mare-couple like Applejack and Fluttershy get more and more serious, there are always questions that linger in the back of their minds, some they may delay asking due to the happiness they receive just from being together. But after nearly three months of being together and knowing they're way beyond just 'exploring their feelings for each other', Fluttershy brings up the question, 'When the time comes, how would we ever have a foal of our own?'

Knowing this is something they cannot solve just by themselves, they go to their friends Lyra and BonBon for some help, and a possible answer to their dilemma, just not in the way they may have expected.

7. A Slip of the Tongue: (Co-Written with Destructio 23)

Rarity has been blessed with the opportunity to have her fashions presented at the annual 'Divine Equine' fashion show in Canterlot, and invites the group to tag along for support. Not inclined to stop doing what a normal couple does in public, Applejack and Fluttershy soon start noticing the judgmental eyes of the posh Canterlot ponies, but try to ignore it as usual. However, when an encounter with a posh socialite of Canterlot puts Applejack in a terrible mood, it leads her to a breaking point that could just ruin everything between her and Fluttershy.

With the death of Scootaloo already taking its toll on the town of Ponyville, times are about to become much harder when another death rocks the small town. [Fan made fic based on Final Dreams of a Filly]

After her students release the spirit of Discord on an official field trip, Cheerilee finds herself out of a job. With no opportunities in Ponyville, the schoolmare takes a job offer in the inner city area of Canterlot's old mining town. Can even she overcome the insanities of her colleagues and apathy of her students in time to pass her next annual review? And who is the mysterious backwards-talking filly following Cheerilee around? Luna's School for Disadvantaged Youngsters will never be the same!

Rainbow Dash was an only child. A long time ago on one Hearts Warming Eve, her mother had miscarried the one who would have been Rainbow’s baby sister. However, on that night, the young Rainbow Dash knelt down in front of her Hearts Warming Eve tree and offered an earnest prayer:

"Please make my mother well again, and please give me a little sister.”
Years have passed since the lonely Hearts Warming Eve, and Rainbow Dash has nearly forgotten her prayer. Oh just you wait Rainbow, for Santa Hooves hasn't forgotten. It was Hearts Warming Eve once again, and Rainbow was excited for the presents, the parties, and being with her friends. Rainbow Dash headed home after Pinkie’s party only to be greeted with the best unexpected gift of her life… Her sister.

(Authors note: I'm sorry about the last part. I'm just reading, and watching some other things at the same time. Also, I got completely off track from the matter at hand. Again, I’m sorry you guys. Please forgive me).

Rainbow Dash finally did it! A sonic rainboom on command! Except she also managed to break every window in Applejack's farmhouse in the process. Now she has to pay for each one, and with her wages from managing the weather not nearly enough to cover the damage, she has to work on Applejack's farm for two whole weeks!
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment. Still, maybe it wouldn't be all bad. At least she would get to hang out with her friend AJ right? Wrong.

Sweetie Belle comes to grips with being a fillyfooler. She faces the challenges of being in school, worrying about what her classmates and friends will think. She has to deal with the bullying that follows, even from friends she never expected to turn on her. How far will it drive her to go and how will she deal with the troubles of a school age kid dealing with coming out?

Authors Note: I have not yet found a story in which one of the school age children of the show has to deal with problems like these but it is the school age when it is most difficult. I hope to use this as a tool to reach out to LGBT and LGBTQ teens who may have to deal with similar problems and to try my best to represent the difficulties of this situation to those who otherwise wouldn't understand.

Twilight and Spike both re-awake, to find something strange next to them! What is everpony else going to think, finding human versions of themselves, and being in a human version of their home?

Scootaloo's parents have never liked one another, not since Scoots can remember anyway. Constant fights with the orange pegasus filly as a scapegoat don't help the crusader's self-esteem, though she fights to hide it from the ponies that matter to her. Can she find it in herself to face her fears and become her own pony, separate from her family problems?

Pinkie Pie grants Lyra the gift of being a human in our world, but it's not all she thought it was. Done for a literature contest for my school, where we had to write a poem or story on the subject 'Being Human'.
The next story is about a softcore brony being transformed into a pony just in time for Winter-Wrap Up. Done for another contest under the theme of 'Spring'.

Twilight's cutie mark is fading, and Celestia sends her a series of lessons to rekindle her passion for magic- and for friendship. Twilight must study the magics her friends possess, as well as casting a serious eye on her own gifts.

This is technically a sequel to "Fixing Up Miss Smartypants", so I totally recommend that you read that first. It's set five years later.
