Elite Dangerous/MLP:FIM Crossover

Twilight Sparkle and her friends learn that Canterlot has taken in two mortally wounded humanoid aliens from the stars. The prognosis is poor, and only by returning the humans back to their home are they to have any hope for survival. So the Elements of Harmony do what any pony would do in their situation.

But it's a Dangerous galaxy out there, and like most travelers, they find that out the hard way.

Meanwhile, Humanity is upon the brink of War. Three Galactic superpowers vying for domination have come to a tipping point after the death of the Imperial Emperor and the disappearance of the Federation President. With tensions high and mysterious disappearances continuing throughout human inhabited space, it's only a matter of time before one side lashes out.

But there is hope. Hope in the form of 6 aliens that are lost, scared, alone and seeking companionship.

(Author's Note: Story takes place shortly after the defeat of Tirek. Also, a custom title is in progress, so I have uploaded a placeholder for the time being.)

For most ponies the day they get their cutie mark is the day everything changes. That was especially true for Twilight Sparkle, as the day she got her cutie mark was also the day Princess Celestia took her on as a student, she gained a new little brother and started on the road to her future.

It was also the day she became a dragon.

When Twilight tries a mass teleportation spell with her friends they get stuck in another universe. What's worse is that their landing point was a magical spring that curses it's victims to transform into whatever drowned there. They are now cursed to turn into human girls whenever splashed with cold water, but hot water changes them back.

They weren't the only ones to fall in that day. They meet Ranma a male traveling martial artist who fell into the same spring (meaning he turns in a girl), his father Genma who becomes a Panda. Twilight agrees to cure them when she figures out a cure while they give her and her friends a place to stay.

Due to a series of events, they wind up in Japan where they must pose as normal high school girls. Where they must deal with a stupid swordsman who falls in love with them, martial arts based on running, rhythmic gymnastics and figure skating, rivals from those sports. And that's barely scratching the surface of the insanity that lies for them...

When a new, strange kingdom of magic is discovered to the far west of Equestria, the Royal Sisters take an entourage and investigate. Which nearly sparks ANOTHER international incident.

Once again, they don't bring Twilight. And ONCE AGAIN, she's left to clean up the mess. Which involves yet another very long letter.

Now what do you do?

When you've been gone for more than a thousand years, you have a lot to catch up on. You may even owe a ton of apologies. Heroes old and new must deal with the consequences of their choices, each in their own ways.

And before they settle down in the new realm, the Pillars will become acquainted with the Spirit of Chaos himself.

Strife has been building between Princess Celestia and Princess Luna for years, differences in opinion on ruling have finally caused them to part ways. Realizing that Princess Luna and Princess Celestia aren't perfect, and have both made questionable choices, even if they have all turned out alright, and seeing the argument that caused the final rift between the sisters have led Twilight to also succeed from Equestria.

Now Twilight must rally the ponies of Equestria under her banner, and hope to bring peace and harmony to a land that is beginning to shatter from the strain of a three-way civil war.

While investigating a large metal capsule that crashed outside of Ponyville, each of the bearers of the Elements of Harmony suddenly vanish one by one.

Set between the season 3 finale (Magical Mystery Cure) from MLP: Friendship is Magic and Equestria Girls and between Star Trek: Voyager season 5: episode 3 (Extreme Risk) and Star Trek: Voyager season 5: episode 15 (Dark Frontier, Parts 1 & 2)

Canterlot Wedding. You know how it goes. Evil changeling queen impersonates the princess, takes control of the heroine's brother, conflict, betrayal, reunion, conflict resolution, wedding scene, the end. But this all begs the questions; what if Cadance and Twilight hadn't made it in time to stop Chrysalis from the wedding?

In the year 2258, Randolph Edwards, captain of the Arrow 18, was stranded on the planet when Luna saved him from an explosion. Though his life was saved, he had lost his legs, and any chance to get back home any time soon.

After extensive research to ensure the proper parts won't fail, selecting a group to send, and training said group, Global Space Agency has sent a new team to the mysterious geocentric planet and retrieve Captain Edwards.

The Arrow 19, like it's predecessor, is lacking a proper crew count. With the majority of the funding going to making sure the systems didn't cause a catastrophic failure, the funding for a crew was low. Thirteen is far from a proper crew, but it's more than the predecessor had.

It has been 4 1/2 years since Randy last saw another human, and is excited about being able to go home.

Princess Celestia, tired of the constant pressure that ruling a nation puts on her, decides to take a day off and let Luna take her responsibilities for a day, something the younger alicorn is more than happy to do. She disguises herself as a pink maned pegasus pony named Sunny Skies and decides to go walking around Canterlot without any supervision. Unfortunately for her, not all parts of Canterlot are as safe as the palace, and she finds herself at the wrong end of a gang of muggers, who decide to kidnap her for a ransom when they see how much money she has on her.

Luna freaks out.

Celestia thinks it's hilarious.
