When Blaze decided to enlist for the Royal Guard, it was because he wanted to be able to protect those that could not protect themselves. It was an opportunity to prove himself to the leaders of Equestria as well as the Princesses that he served.

However, when he serving as Princess Celestia's bodyguard, he got struck by a magical flask that was intended for her and blacked out. When he woke, he found himself in a new body and a new realm with a shattered moon that was in the sky... with no clue as to how he ended up there in the first place.

Alright, this is my RWBY story. I am going to focus on the main story that Rooster Teeth has created, with my own twist.

Peter never enjoyed the party scene, not when he could be honing his skills as an animator, nor did he have a taste for alcohol. And what does all that responsibility get him? A quick night terror and being dragged to Equestria. Now he, or rather "she" has to find a way back to his/her world. But the six colors adorning his new equine shape simply keep getting in the way. How will a now stressed college student adapt to the happy go lucky world of ponies, and as a filly no less?

Hi, no the story isn't dead, I'm just on the loosest schedule I can manage and still call it a schedule.

Like I've said in previous comments, this stories muse is out for a match of tennis, so it's grinding by very slowly.

On top of that, the most recent chapters don't flow very well with the rest of the story, so here's what I'm thinking;

I'm going to put 'er on hiatus, and go back, do a bit of touch up work on the chapters, bring the whole story in for an overhaul, then continue once it's all cleaned up.

If that doesn't work out, then I'll just have to buckle down and force out the next few chapters, but I think we all know how well that would turn out.

Twilight Sparkle is a normal pony.

As normal as a pony can get as Princess Celestia's personal protogé, The Element of Magic and being the Savior of Equestria twice over that is.

She lives in Ponyville and is the librarian of Golden Oaks Library, she is the best of friends with five of the greatest mares in Equestria.

She is not some extremely powerful unicorn who has to closely monitor how much magic she has so as not to destroy anything by accident, she is not somepony who has infinite arcane knowledge at her disposal.

And she most certainly does not have Runes covering her entire body from horn to hoof.

One of these fillies is Skyla, and aside from being an alicorn, is pretty much normal. The other one is Inova, a (literally) reborn human.

As she comes to terms with her past, Twilight recounts her adventures aboard the Eternal Phoenix to her friends and loved ones. How will her friends react to somebody who has been missing for nine whole months and has been in the fight for her life in more ways than one?

More importantly, will Twilight return to her life in Equestria, or will she decide to stay with her new family aboard the Phoenix?

I was just minding my business, but the curiosity that is my mind forced me to almost take part in an experiment that changed my life.
