Preparing for Hearth's Warming on the farm, Applejack is distracted as she waits for her marefriend to return from Wonderbolts training. What she doesn't know is that Rainbow Dash is bringing news along with her. Will the news be good or bad this year? And how will it affect the two mares moving forward?

Rainbow Dash and Applejack have finally admitted to themselves and each other what they always sort of knew, and are now a happy couple. The only step left is telling the rest of the Apple clan after a nice Hearth's Warming Dinner. However, newlyweds Big Macintosh and Sugar Belle have a big announcement of their own to make.

It's New Year's Eve and Rainbow Dash has found out that Applejack has been in love with somepony all along! Now this wouldn't be such a big problem after all, but Rainbow Dash wished the pony Applejack was in love with, was her. Now she'll have to do everything in order to find out who the hay Applejack's special somepony really is.

"Take my hand, Twilight," Sunset Shimmer once said, "Let me show you there's another way."

It's been three weeks since Twilight Sparkle joined her new friends at Canterlot High, and she really really really wants to hold hands with Sunset Shimmer again.

Fluttershy and friends gain access to this website, but quickly find themselves trapped within a paradoxical situation.

Inspired by The 21-Second God, though I ended up taking it in a different direction than good ol' Squiddy.

Charlie Stross Was Right.

Vaguely planning more stuff about the Equestrian intelligence services, recontextualizing all the episodes of the series one by one to various degrees. If I end up doing that, this story will end up being one of the capstones. It'll also be a long while before I start it, if I ever do.

Also left two (2) lines from literature in there. It's possible I left even more than that inadvertently, considering I tend to repeat cool things I hear. But if you catch them let me know!

This story takes place around the time of the final scene in the show, so we have Big Princess Twilight, everyone getting on in age and are in or just past their primes, etc.

Applejack has chosen to be alone on Hearth’s Warming because she doesn’t have a special somepony to spend it with, and doesn’t want to rub everyone else the wrong way.

Just as she’s about to settle in for a long winter’s nap, Rainbow shows up and they both decide to find solace in each other’s company.

Fine, it may have become a ship-fic at the end.
