Fluttershy had a plan to tell Rainbow Dash her true feelings, and this time she wouldn't back down. Everything would be perfect. It had to be. Rainbow deserved the best, after all.

Written for the Expanding Universes contest for the Quills and Sofas Speedwriting Group. The prompt was for each of us to submit a story, and then someone else would write a prequel or a sequel. It's Hearts and Hooves Day and Rainbow Dash has something important to tell her marefriend, Fluttershy. The thing is, can she work up the courage?

A series of short scenes, snippets and skits - attached to various episodes - following a behind-the-scenes relationship between Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.

Inspired by Bookplayer's "The Appledash Project", which encouraged me to try the same premise with another ship!

After pausing briefly to savor the moment, Queen Chrysalis completes her conquest of Canterlot. Celestia, Cadance, and the Elements of Harmony are all under her control. Trapped within Shining Armor's force field, Canterlot lies in chains.

Desperate promises made deep in the castle dungeon will spark hope for Equestria. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy will fight, plan, and survive for Equestria's future and for each other. Together, they try to make the spark born between them ignite the flames of rebellion.

Fluttershy's train of thought as she day dreams about her lover Rainbow Dash.

A short story I wrote as a challenge to myself. Pure romance, first person only, 1 character, no going back, 24 hours to write. A short fiction to stretch the muscles so to speak.
