On the Eve of the Summer Sun Celebration, the forsaken Princess, Nightmare Moon returns to claim her vengeance upon the ones who had shunned her and her night. As Nightmare appears and lashes out at Twilight, a rushed defense spelled causes an unknown being to crash onto the scene right after Nightmare, saving the lavender unicorn in the process. With a cocky grin and devil don’t care attitude, the unknown blue creature smirks and challenges the Nightmare without a second thought.

After making the ultimate wish, the two worlds have been united at last. The journey continues as a new day dawns for them all. The Wonderful World of Pokemon has yet to be fully explored not when there are many more wonders to behold for Ash Ketchum, Twilight Sparkle and all of their friends as the journey continues once more.

Meanwhile in a normal day in ponyville, Twilight and her friends enjoy the summer day, when a the same shadowy beast attacks and scatters Twilight and her friends though time! Can these two groups of heroes get along and show the real power of teamwork and friendship?
The Mane Six and many more have found themselves spirited away across worlds for unknown reasons. And magically bound to inhabitants of many stripes from said worlds. Costumed heroes, a traveling samurai, ninjas, assassins and former outlaws, even some that may not seem all too extraordinary on the surface. And they will soon find that the fate of all worlds will rest on these partnerships. As it is not just the heroes and innocents of Equestria that have found partners, but the villains as well. And they seem strangely more prepared for this than Twilight and company.

This story is a sequel to Through The Multiverse
One year. It has been one year since the defeat of The Exiled and the restoration of the Foundation of all Dimensions. In that time things have drastically changed for one Twilight Sparkle. She ascended to Princesshood, gained a new castle and a new student on top of that in the form of Starlight Glimmer.
Things couldn’t be more perfect for her.
But when the evil speedster known only as The Reverse-Flash assembles a team of villains to scour the Multiverse in search of a weapon capable of changing the very fabric of reality, The Guardians of the Multiverse must reunite once again to stop this Legion of Doom from changing their very existence.
Can Twilight and the other Guardians stop the Legion from changing reality, as well as help Starlight Glimmer find her place in the grand scheme of things?
Or will the Multiverse be forever changed?
Magic continues to leak from Equestria to the human world. Fortunately, Twilight Sparkle's inventions have been able to track the magic-infused objects, and the Rainbooms set out on yet another adventure.
The bad news is the items have been moved to Gotham City. The seven young women will have to dive head-first into the most crime-ridden city in the country, hoping their magic abilities will be enough to protect them, and hoping they can avoid a confrontation with Gotham's resident vigilante, the Batman.
Then again, trouble has a habit of finding them.

Twilight Sparkle was using radio signals to view the stars of the night sky when she picked up a signal of some sort.
After a few days of working she managed to get a clear signal.
What she heard on that first day caused her to invite her friends to listen to the strange signal the next day.
Over the next few days Twilight and her friends listen to the final words of a group of aliens as they try to survive on a planet that has died by their own hands.

Note: I was inspired to write this after reading several other stories about the Mane 6 listening to radio signals from space. This will be a short story.
