As Nightmare Moon is defeated Twilight Sparkle gains an unexpected surprise, a foal! Just who is the second parent(s) to the foal and how will she adjust to being an unexpected mother? And just how will this effect the others.

Three years after she first gained the Element of Magic, Twilight learns that it has a whole lot more in mind for her than being a simple librarian. Twilight falls into a coma to adjust to her new abilities and Celestia follows her to try and help. Unfortunately, while the sun goddess is away, monsters come out to play. An unexpected enemy declares war on Equestria while the princess sleeps. When Twilight awakens to a new world, will she be able to save it with her new powers?

Updates will be highly sporadic. I am going to need a plethora of OCs, so please submit them either as comments or PMs. You will be credited for your suggestions.

The title is a work in progress, as is the description. I may change to mature rating later, depending on the content of future chapters. This is an experimental first pony fic, so we'll see where it goes.

My name is Sunset Shimmer. In my lifetime, I have overcome numerous challenges alongside my friends when I was at Canterlot. Whether it was the Dazzlings, the Friendship Games, the Everfree Forest or reclaiming my memories, I was able to overcome such obstacles with the help of my friends and those I cared for.

However... I never expected that I was to be needed again long after I closed my eyes and passed on. And in the time I was gone, everything changed.

Because that was when Humanity discovered the Traveler... had their Golden Age and began to explore the cosmos... and the collapse that caused everything from before to come crashing down. Now humanity and also those that I remember as my friends reside in the Last safe city on Earth. And with no way to go back to Equestria, it's my duty in order to make sure I fulfill my new role as a Guardian. As a new defender of humanity.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this story is cancelled. Mainly because Destiny has changed a lot over the years and the more that happens, the more that D1 feels like a distant memory. I had ideas for how to have this story stand out, but I didn't want to make it feel like a carbon copy of D1. Sorry everyone

Celestia tasks her with taking care of the young filly, which she is not too keen about. All Sunset wants to do is study magic with Celestia. What kind of scenarios are these two young unicorns going to get into?

Rated "Teen" because of themes, language, and a bit of violence. Sex tag because of raunchy/steamy innuendos. Violence tag because of light descriptions of violence and injuries.
