Rainbow Dash, having neglected her Weathermare duties for too long, was forced to give Sweet Apple Acres it’s scheduled rain for the day.

After a freak accident involving a defective cloud, she finds herself among the halls of the dreaded Rainbow Factory, told to get back to work by weird cultists and finds that, for some unknown reason, Scootaloo is here as well.

After thwarting the Prisma gathering process, Rainbow Dash has to contend with the Pegasi complicit in the murder of innocent foals, fight her way out of the factory, and put an end to the Pegasus Device once and for all.

I've seen this idea done before, but as a fan of Sonic and MLP: FiM, I wanted to give it a go myself.

This, basically, is the story of Sonic Generations, but crossed over with the MLP:FiM universe, with Spike and the Main Six taking the place of Classic Sonic and Classic Tails with other MLP characters also appearing (most aren't listed to prevent spoilers). Except for Green Hill, there will be different areas explored, as well as pony rivals and different era bosses. So while it will have its similarities to the console and 3DS versions of the actual game, it will definitely have its differences too.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, there will NOT be any shipping in this story. At the very least, no crossover shippings. No SonicxRD, TailsxTwilight, TailsxFluttershy, or anything like that. If there is any shipping at all, it will only be between characters from the same universe. And the only humans in this story are Dr. Eggman and the ones that appear in the "Sonic Unleashed" level.

Based on the movie: Sonic the Hedgehog, but with some changes.

After fleeing to planet Earth, Sonic the Hedgehog has been secretly living in Canterlot City as his new home for the past decade along with his incredible power of super speed. Things went well for him, until he accidentally knocks out the power grid, getting the attention of the military organization, G.U.N., along with the evil genius, Dr. Robotnik.

Meanwhile, the Equestria Girls was preparing for their upcoming graduation, leaving Sunset Shimmer unsure of her future. When the power grid near their school was knocked down, CHS was in suspicion by G.U.N., sending in a special agent to investigate as a result.

When the two groups meet up due to circumstances, Sonic and The Equestria Girls must team up to retrieve Sonic's rings and stop Robotnik from using Sonic's power for world domination while fleeing from the government.

But a brave blue hedgehog wielding supersonic speed stepped forth to oppose him time and time again. Before their latest confrontation reached its climax, the villain tore open a portal through time and space, and flung him into another world where magic and fantasy are everyday reality. Now the hero seeks to return to his world, and stop the mad doctor from conquering this one too. Along the way he'll meet new friends, new enemies, and just maybe something a little more. All while the fate of two worlds hangs in the balance.

This story is a sequel to The Blue Blur

Dr. Eggman finally won. Sonic the Hedgehog was defeated and is presumed dead. And as a result, the Eggman Empire could now expand on a global scale.

In his absence, Sonic's friends banded together as a Resistance to fight back against the Eggman Empire. But the appearance of six ponies from another surprises them, claiming to know Sonic and decide to help. With the aid of the Equestrians and the newly recruited Rookie they find hope once more.

Meanwhile, Tails crosses paths with another Sonic that he's met before and a certain dragon. Together, the three of them set off to fight Eggman alone.

Sonic, the Rookie, their Equestrian allies, and all of Sonic's friends must join forces if they want to liberate the world from Eggman. Fighting old foes and taking the world back bit by bit while also dealing with the new entity known as Infinite.

Set between MLP:FiM Season 3 and 4.

Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles find themselves against Dr. Eggman once again, the scientist wanting to use the Chaos Emeralds for an unknown plan.

Unfortunately, the plan involved sending the trio to another world, which he plans to conquer as well as seek what are known as the Elements of Harmony. The fate of Equestria hangs in the balance as the heroes of both worlds must join forces against Eggman's robot army.

Hey, I'm Rainbow Dash. You probably know me, right? What am I saying, of course you do. Best flyer in Equestria, and all that.

Well, the thing is, I'm kind of in trouble. You probably heard about my friend Twilight becoming a princess, right? Well, she cast this crazy spell and now I don't know where I am. I mean, it looks like Ponyville, but I know it isn't. It doesn't feel right. Ponies are paranoid, and the guards are everywhere.

Worst of all, though, everypony seems to run in fear at the mention of Twilight Sparkle.

What am I going to do?

To her everlasting shame, Twilight saw her friends knew, from her expression alone. She heard herself speak the words We have a decision to make but they barely registered. Some disassociated part of Twilight’s brain knew that she was going into shock, but didn’t know how to stop it, or even if she should.

Yet the Elements of Harmony were in agreement.

Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie are severely injured. Rainbow is waiting in the hospital for any news about their health. When she doesn't agree with what the doctors are planning to do, she goes in search of a way to save them. But how far will she go to protect them? And how much pain is she willing to go through before she breaks?
