Call me Leroy. Some time ago, never mind how long exactly, having little or no sense in my brain, I began to write. PM me if you'd like a story reviewed!

Or can it?
One man's heartfelt yearning is granted when that veil is finally pierced, and his fondest wish bestowed, bittersweet though it may be.

He was an old collector... a bold collector.

Trinkets and souvenirs of times long gone; there was hardly a thing that he'd ever forgone.

Memories, experiences, things that once mattered-- it's inevitable, that one day those things may be shattered.

This story is expanded on in Splintershard!

It's been a year since a tragic accident took Applejack's parents. A year, and she still doesn't know what to do with herself. Encouraged by friends and family, she decides to spend the summer vacation at Fluttershy's beach house on Splendora Island. She's not sure if it's helping.

Then, one night, she finds something injured on the beach. No, not something. Someone.

What starts as good intentions steadily grows into something else. Whether that something else is good for Applejack is another matter entirely.

"PaulAsaran’s attention to detail and use of repetition, flashback, and expression to create an unforgettable story is something I’m still trying to get a handle on in my own work." — leeroy_glBZ

Inspired 100% by the cover art. The idea jumped into my skull and refused to leave until it was written out.

An electric train is bearing down on Canterlot, loaded with explosive fuels and toxic chemicals. If it were to derail, it would cause a disaster on an untold scale.

This story is a sequel to Is a Shark Mare's Bark Worse Than Her Bite?

You are a unicorn stallion who has recently returned to your home in the town of Ponyville, after your recent vacation. As you unpack from your journey you notice a strange mare out in the rain.

Feeling pity, you invite them into your home and learn that they aren't all that they seem.

Warning!: The information below may contain spoilers!

Another monster mare story for all of you. For those of you who are wondering, Irisa is an Argapony, her appearance is based off of Argus from Greek mythology. It's a monster mare/girl concept (aside from perhaps the Gazer Monster Girl, but that's based off of a Beholder), I haven't really seen explored, so I thought I would give it a try.

Just me, trying once more to fill in those monster mare niches. :raritywink:

History in Equestria is mostly written from the ponies' perspective, including some from other species speak the same language, but there are interesting stories untold from the animals perspective lives. Most of these stories explore this concept, while giving them voices to their encounters and relationships with the ponies of Equestria. (And that one exception)

Note from squawky:
(Caw! Actually, the word 'Equines' also apply to Zebras, donkeys, and other from the horse family; yet this story's perspectives mainly surround ponies. Unfair representation at this best!! [Also, we had bad case of bird flu. Crows don't normally say squawk, we say caw. We're not parrots, author! This one's on you for insisting on trivial poetry creative licensing. It's my biography, not yours!!]

This is a compilation of Flash fanfiction and short stories from the animal's perspective in Equestria.. Some are miniature stories that are divided into flash chapters. And last and not least, some of the few last chapters will have the word count of short stories.
