A story I wrote 5 years ago and never finished, I now want to see if I can finish it and see if I've improved.

I welcome criticism and I wanna know if this is still interesting to people.

A broken-spirited Spike waits for news of Twilight after an accident lands her in the hospital, dancing on the fine line between recovery and the unspeakable.

Bow Hothoof passes away, and Rainbow Dash suddenly realizes how much she misses her Mother and wants to be around her.

This story is a sequel to So Long Old Friend

After seeing his final sunset Spike awakens, having been reincarnated as a Female Kirin, still retaining thousands of years worth of Memories, she does everything in her power to try and raise to a position of power so she can be near her friends, all the while trying to think of a way to tell them who she use to be.
Will she win them back, or will she spend the next thousand lifetimes trying to return to their lives.

Gallus's childhood wasn't a very happy one, to say the least. With no family to speak of and nogriffon willing to take him in, he was constantly locked in a struggle against his own hunger. Fortunately for the young griffon, doing the odd job or two was enough for him to afford the food sold at the marketplace.

Unfortunately, there were days where that wasn't an option. This is one such day.

After being banished back to tartarus, Tirek is forced to ponder his fate. His thoughts of becoming the most powerful creature to ever exist and rule what he believes is right start to unravel as he thinks back to the rainbow beam of magic that sent him there.

Perhaps what he tried to do was far more insignificant then he thought and that he would never have succeeded anyway.

Applejack has never been one for frou-frou things like dresses and make up. So one day when she asks Rarity to borrow some Waterproof Mascara, it's a shock. But Rarity is simply glad for her sudden interest in beauty.

After all, there couldn't be a reason to wear waterproof mascara besides looking good... Could there?

Twilight reflects on the past, writing a letter to her friends a thousand years later.

I feel like someone has already done something like this, but it's late, I'm tired, and I needed to vent out some personal sadness. Enjoy it for what it's worth.
