A terrifying creature has arrived in Ponyville and is attacking a young pegasus filly named Lightning Strike. Rainbow Dash and her friends try to save her, but when they do, Scootaloo is put in serious danger as the creature starts to use her as a pawn.

Not long ago Rainbow adopted Scootaloo as her own daughter. The creature offers Rainbow Dash a deal. Leave with Scootaloo and be safe, or fight and risk her daughter being killed. Rainbow knows she can't abandon a filly, even one she doesn't know very well, but with her daughter being targeted, she may be compelled to do some things she'll eventually regret.

Nopony has heard from Fluttershy for three months. Not Rainbow Dash, not Rarity, not even Pinkie Pie. Her friends have been tending to the cottage and her animals, keeping it clean and organized, but even with Twilight's constant magic scans and a semi-constant guard search Equestria-wide, no hint has been found of where she went, how she vanished, or why she didn't tell anyone. Some ponies even think, in their darkest nightmares, that she might be dead.

Then she shows up one day, very definitely not dead, but just as definitely not the same as she was.

And does she have a story to tell. Boy, does she ever...

Princess Celestia huffed as she flew as fast as she could to the meeting place, located in Cloudsdale, a little ways above and near Ponyville. She held the bundle she was carrying with extreme caution with a face of desperation, determined to get it there on time.

Her small alicorn form landed on the nearest cloud before looking behind her, seeing a small rainbow light coming right behind her, following her trail.

"Shoot," she muttered before running forward again. She huffed loudly as she ran through the dark streets of the mobile city made of condensed water vapor that will never fall. The princess of the Sun looked down at the bundle in her right hoof as it began to move before looking back up again.

Soon, after mixing her trail, she arrived at the meeting place, where two ponies, a stallion and a mare, were waiting patiently.

"She is on my trail," Princess Celestia huffed as she came to a stop in front of them. "You know what you must do." The stallion nodded quickly before she continued. "Same hair color. Make it work for as long as you can, no matter what."

"Of course," he said desperately.

"All you have to do is make sure she is happy," the princess told the mare. "Make sure she lives her life and suspects nothing. I will return when she is ready for the truth of her origin and purpose."

"Yes, your highness," the mare responded. Celestia nodded before hearing the faint roar of her pursuer coming closer. She looked back down and lifted the covers to reveal a small foal asleep, snuggled against the softness of the blanket. She smiled as a tear escaped her eye before she leaned down and kissed the foals forehead, nuzzling her rainbow colored mane.

"I will return, my daughter. My Rainbow Dash."

Rainbow Dash knew from the start that she was the daughter of King Sombra. When they were in the Crystal Empire the first time, Rainbow had used shadow magic, powered by her strong wings, and moved around to inform Applejack about the Crystal Heart. Now, Twilight found out a few traces of dark magic Rainbow had left behind the first time. She immediately informed all the princesses and the mane 6 are in the Crystal Empire, hunting, unknowingly, for one of their own.

This is after Secrets and Pies but before Shadow Play.

Young police officer with unnaturally colored hair and eye, goes on his first patrol after finishing his training to become a Dog Handler. Due to some unexpected events, he along with his dog companion named Mischief, ends up in the land of Equestria, where he has a pleasure of meeting the race of colorful and friendly ponies. Now he must survive within society composed mostly of ponies as the only member of his species in this foreign world.

Which with his luck and talent for getting himself into trouble that always end up with him almost dying or at least with some major injuries, is kinda hard considering this peaceful world is also inhabited by gigantic monsters and power-crazed lunatics.

In the wake of her friends' plan to curb her egotistical nature, Rainbow Dash has her life turned upside down and finds herself pulled in every direction as she is saddled with more expectations, responsibilities, problems, and some romance thing that anyone can see coming.

Too bad for her nopony asked if she wanted any of it.

Commander Shepard remembers firing the crucible. She remembers she had to make an important choice. She remembers good friends, a lover, and plenty of loyal crewmen.

She just can't remember what her choice was. What the threat she was striving so hard to end was. Or what the faces of the most important people in her life look like.

She also has no idea how she wound up in the monster filled forest she's come to call home for the past eight months. Or how she picked up a snarky A.I. making its home in her omni-tool.

The Titans' Orb is a magical stone created by the Titans of Harmony to protect Equestria from otherworldly threats. After a demigod from Tartarus breaks loose, the Orb is stolen and transported to Planet Earth, where it shatters into six pieces, scattering across the globe. The Mane Six are ordered by Princess Celestia to retrieve it at once, for all of Equus is now in grave danger.

Meanwhile on Earth, there lives a boy named Callum, recently fatherless and enduring the torment of an abusive family. He is soon to discover that the fictional characters from his beloved T.V show, are not so fictional.
Alongside his new-found companions, he is soon to embark upon the greatest adventure on Earth.

Yen Sid, receives a message from an old friend of his asking for the assistance of a Keyblade Bearer. Dark and mysterious happenings have suddenly started appearing in Equestria. Sora is sent on a mission to take care of the situation starting by looking for the world's key hole and locking it. As a request on Yen Sid's part, Sora will also remain there for a year to train and unlock abilities he never knew he had to prepare him for 2nd attempt at the Mark of Mastery and become a Keyblade Master. However, he will need the help of his new friends to activate it until he can learn to do it on his own. Of course this doesn't mean he'll be the only one getting something out of this exchange. His friends will be gaining some new powers along with him. The question is, will they be able to take on the Darkness that is slowly making it's presence known to Equestria. One thing is certain: Things are gonna get crazy with Sora and the Elements of Harmony.

Rainbow Dash has become an alicorn Princess, but there's still so much that she needs to do. A cutie-mark-removing unicorn, out of control vines that even Discord can't stop, and a power-hungry centaur are just the start. Plus, a certain entity just doesn't seem to leave no matter what...

Starlight Glimmer is Rainbow's friend, and Rainbow gave her a promise. She needs to stop her world's Starlight from going down the same path of revenge as her friend. But it's hard to explain this to somepony that you see in so many different lights. Especially since her world's Starlight doesn't believe in the multiverse.

And Discord is going to be in so much trouble by the time this is all done.

"Twilight, for the third time, I'm sorry I stole your alicorn-ness! ... What do you mean you don't mind? Then why have you been complaining about it?!?"

This is the third story in the Shadow-Dashverse. Reading the previous two stories are highly recommended for better comprehension.
