As someone who likes to keep a good relationship with every friend she's ever made in her life, Pinkie makes the arduous trek to the secluded home of the Gift-Givers of the Grove. It's been a while since she met the reindeer trio, but she's sure to do what she can to make this a pleasant visit.

Day 7 of Fluttercord Week (Theme: Mistletoe). Since we were denied a Fluttercord mistletoe kiss in “The Best Gift Ever”, this is my alternate universe kinda slash extended look/take on the ending of “The Best Gift Ever”.

Set After ‘Best Gift Ever’. Fluttershy catches up with Discord after Twilight’s Hearth Warming Party, neither of them noticing a mistletoe suddenly above her heads. When Discord asked about it and what it’s for, Fluttershy finds she has the hard time finding the words.

There’s only one more night until Pistachio goes with Rarity to Manehattan to be her guest during Fashion Week. He’s starting to get hype to hang out with one of the famous ponies in Equestria but at the same time he never went to Manehattan. That wasn’t until he heard someone outside and unexpected meeting the Gift Givers of the Grove.

Twilight, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Spike, Discord, Cadance, Shining Armor, and Flurry Heart have some relaxation and little talks on the night of Hearth's Warming Eve.

This story is a sequel to Name Rater

Name Rater used to be an old hermit living in the middle of nowhere, busy being totally miserable. Then the CMC happened, and he wound up as a handsome prince leading a reasonably happy life in Ponyville. Obviously, there were multiple intervening steps. Still, in the shenanigans capital of Equestria, he found that many days were far too hectic for his liking, regardless of anything he could do about it. Naturally, he's gotten plenty of practice expecting the unexpected, even in the most sacred of seasons. But Aurora, Bori, and Alice showing up? Only they could have predicted that.

Spike was utterly devastated. He failed miserably, once again, to impress Rarity with the gift. So on the brink of desperation, he sang a song, where he tried to simply apologize for not being able to do something right for a wonderful friend. Rarity showed him her gratitude with a sweet kiss, which was more than he could dream of. But what if such a simple gesture as an improvised song could mean more than he anticipated ? After the party Spike, recollecting his thoughts and trying to figure out the answer to the mysterious mess in the party room , finds something as simple and yet so meaningful as his very own song. Will it lead to the resolution or confusion ?

Though story focuses mainly on Spike and Rarity, thus making them main characters, the other characters present on the party will appear (Twilight, Pinkie, Applejack, Fluttershy, Dash, Shining Armor, Cadence, Discord and Flurry Heart.) Most of them is tagged accordingly. And I suppose I should also tag it Mystery but...choices :((Read: lack of tags).

Rated T cause of minor suggestive fragments and...because it is always better to rate slightly higher for safety reasons. But as you will see nothing besides those few lines.

I could still recall those words floating in my head seventy years ago... But here I was, all alone in this isolated farm once again, collecting nuts, feeding squirrels, back to where I started when I was a mere colt. And through that period of time, a lot has slipped away from me. But what stands out from them all, is the one and only gift I've kept sacred until this very day...

Marble Pie and Big Mac had only ever met once. In the beginning, she wasn't sure if she felt anything for him or not, but by the time the big red stallion had to leave, Marble Pie knew that he was somepony special. There was something about him that just made her blush, whether it was his strangely charming clumsiness due to his size, his short but expressive one word answers, or something else she couldn't consciously see. All she knew was that she wanted to see him again.

When Marble Pie heard that her family would be the ones visiting the Apples this Hearth's Warming, she decided she was going to was going to confess no matter what it took. But when she saw Big Mac kissing that beautiful pink pony, she knew her chance was gone. Heartbroken, she begins to close herself off as she tries to figure out how to deal with the pain. Fortunately her eldest sister, Limestone Pie, knows all about dealing with harsh feelings.

In order to try and simplify their Hearth's Warming shopping the Lunaverse Mane 6 decide to have a Hearth's Warming Helper so they only need to get one present each.

Based on 'The best Gift Ever' but set in the Lunaverse
