Life has changed for Big Mac, he's graduated High school, runs the Apple family farm, hunts monsters, and is soon to be married. He couldn't be happier with his day to day, but as the day to day danger grows. How will he keep his loved ones safe?

Takes place three months after What must be done and between friendship Games and Everfree.

It was a dream Fluttershy had had many times in the past year or so. By the light of the full moon, she'd fly to the Sweet Apple Acres orchard, making small talk with the bats as she enjoyed a few apples.
But when one of her "dreams" takes a different turn, she and Big MacIntosh find their waking world turned upside-down.

After a life-altering event, Equestria will never be the same. Friendships tested...hearts broken...lives changed forever.

When Luna becomes the target of an attempt against the Equestrian Throne, it will take all the strength of a certain pony to confront and defeat not only the evil that threatens, but the fear he holds deep within himself. Will the magic of a Princess be enough to save him? Or will they both be dragged into the abyss of a dark conspiracy?

Mac has always been a hard working pony, able to solve any problem with determination, muscle and sweat. Now that he has become an alicorn, he finds himself questioning what role he should fulfill, aside from being Princess Luna's special somepony and royal consort. He isn't very adept at using his new found power, and with its new found prosperity, it doesn't seem he is as important to keeping the farm going as he once was. For the briefest of moments, he almost wishes he'd never been born. It's a dangerous thing for anypony to think, let alone an alicorn.

You find love where you find it, and Sunset Shimmer found it somewhere she never thought to even look. But happy as she is, she just can't bring herself to tell her friends about it.

A tale about stolen moments and beef jerky kisses. A down and dirty, good old fashioned love story.

It's been two weeks since the Fall Formal. Sunset Shimmer has tried her best to show everyone that she's changed, but only her friends believe her. In order to show her she's been forgiven, Applejack invites Sunset on a family road trip. Sunset finds herself bonding with the Apples and finds herself falling for Big Macintosh. As Sunset tries to fix her life and lets her guard down around Big Macintosh, Trixie and Lightening Dust try to make sure Sunset doesn't succeed.

It’s been fifteen years since Sunset Shimmer graduated from CHS and about ten since she married the man who was currently sleeping next to her. In fact tomorrow would be their tenth anniversary and for some reason that kept her awake.

As she looked at the ring on her left she couldn’t help but smile. It was the same small silver ring he bought her for her graduation. Her gaze wandered from her hand to the man who once gave her that ring. With her smile growing a bit wider she started to remember.
