In the aftermath of Maud moving to Ponyville (or close enough anyway) Pinkie Pie couldn't be happier! Not only does she live near the best friends ever, she lives near the best sister ever! It's like, the best thing ever!

Of course there is Maud's new friend, Starlight. She is super into magic, like so into it she experiments with all sorts of weird spells. And sometimes, just sometimes, somepony gets a little too close to one of those spells...

I mean, what could go wrong with two enchanted rocks meant to connect the sisters on a spiritual level?

While running a Wonderbolts' message to Rainbow Dash, Soarin runs into his old friend Big Macintosh. To catch up on old times, Big Mac invites him to his regular game nights with the other guys. During his visits to Ponyville, a certain somepony catches Soarin's eye.

Being the old-fashioned gentlecolt that he is, Soarin feels obliged to ask her brother's permission before courting her.

Twilight didn’t know what to say. How easy it sounded, to just not think about things that hurt, but thoughts were all she had.

Thoughts were the only thing that were hers, for better or worse.

Set after The Flash Season 2 finale:

After being betrayed by Zoom (Jay Garrik) Flash is willing to change the past and save his mom, but the Speed Force sends him to Equestria instead so he can become the mentor of a young speedster whose powers are to be awaken.

In the meantime after spend four years trapped in a desert island, Blue Blood is willing to fix the mistakes of his past.

This is a slice of life tale so nothing has to happen

On a calm and snowy night, just a few days before Hearth's Warming, Spike decides to check up on Twilight to see if she's doing okay.

Twilight has been through much hardship recently, but thankfully, over the past year she's gotten much better since. However, with fears still lingering in Spike's mind, he wants to be absolutely certain that Twilight's improved well-being stays that way.

And he'll do it by doing what he does best at. By being right by her side. There for her. Always.

Nobles have long held sway over Equestrian culture. They are the trendsetters, the heads of the pack. Simply the way they speak can influence language. When they create compliments, similarly-phrased praise spreads throughout the nation. When they implement insults, ponies create situations for those insults to be used. One insult, in particular, has gone down in history as especially infamous.

I'm talking about butts and the photocopying thereof. This is still Equestrian nobility, after all. It's complicated. And stupid. Mostly stupid.
