Trixie needs to learn how to command the stage and dazzle her audience if she’s to front her own travelling magic show after finishing school. The Wonderbolts, who sell out whole stadiums with their spectacular shows, offer work experience placements to schoolfillies Trixie’s age. There is exactly one problem with this plan.

This was written for DrakeyC as a part of Jinglemas 2020.

That said, it's not massively focused on Hearth's Warming, so can hopefully be enjoyed all year round.

All her life, Twilight Sparkle has tried to be good, hard-working, and well-behaved. She's been told that's what she should strive to be, but what if she's missing out on the secret delights of being a rebel? A punk? A bad girl?

Following this train of thought, she concludes there's only one thing to do: an experiment.

And since she knows very little about rebelling, she'll need to find an expert to learn from...

Story idea pitched by Hopeful_Ink_Hoof in the Uncommon Dazzling Ships group.

Maud Pie has a boyfriend now, and so those who once called her their waifu respond with a movement of emasculating themselves. But what happens when that craze catches on in Equestria? How will the Pie sisters handle it? And what if Mudbriar feels he too should go No Rod for Maud 2018?

A mini-anthology of sorts, with chapter 2 focusing on Marble and chapter 3 on Limestone.

Do I really need to tell you this was inspired by DWK?

Feeling introspective and adrift after the ordeal at Rainbow Falls, the last thing Spitfire wanted to think about was having to fly all the way back to Cloudsdale, let alone do so with Soarin, Fleetfoot and an uncomfortable atmosphere. So she took the train instead, where she ended up talking to a pegasus from the Ponyville team. Turns out they have rather different outlooks on life.

This is not an accusation story, and it was not written for the purpose of humbling Spitfire. Quite the opposite – this is about forgiving her.

If you like, this can be a standalone story, or it can be a prequel scene for Haunted Wasteland, of which King Of The Stingers is another, though with a completely different cast and situation to this one.

For the last month, Rainbow and Adagio have been clashing in the school corridors, battling with insults, wit and innuendo. Each time, Rainbow has lost the exchange, and ended up outsmarted and embarrassed in front of everyone. But today, she’s determined that won’t happen. She has a plan, and she’ll win at last!

She's excited to tell her friends about it, knowing it'll be the most awesome thing she's done since the Friendship Games, but mentioning that doesn’t go down as well as she expects. Why is everyone else so reluctant to talk about those events? They might be friends with the Shadowbolts now, but why would mentioning beating them in the Games make her friends so uncomfortable?

This story takes place sometime after Friendship Games, and contains spoilers for it. It probably works better sometime before Legend Of Everfree, but since that wouldn’t really affect the plot either way, it doesn’t matter, and there aren’t any spoilers here for that film. I've tagged the Shadowbolts because they and Sci-Twi come up a lot in conversation, but they don't appear.

There's the very occasional bit of slightly stronger language than you might find in the show, as the title might suggest, but I'd hardly call it NSFW. The title, on that note, fits the story better with the British English meaning of the word.

Everyone told Sweetie Belle that Adagio was manipulative, dangerous, and willing to make others suffer to further her own agenda. But they also all agreed her voice had been magnificent.

Sweetie Belle has lots of great friendship role models already. What she really needs is a singing teacher.

Applejack is writing student report cards. The guidelines say to be positive. Her heart says to be honest. One or the other would be simple enough. But both at once...?

This was written in an hour for GaPJaxie's Quills & Sofas Speedwriting Competition, for the prompt 'Technically not terrible.'

Thanks to NaiadSagaIotaOar for reading this through and to horizon for pointing out some issues with it.

The original submission was 817 words, so I spent another 20 minutes today adding a bit more to it to bring it up to publishable length and address some of horizon's concerns.
