It was not that long ago that Sunset Shimmer was crowned a new princess of Equestria. Her mentor, Princess Celestia believes she is ready to be a leader and has proven on multiple occasions she is the true Princess of Friendship. Sunset is quite unsure herself but with her friends alongside her, she's sure she will prevail.

Wow, I got featured again! Featured 6/27/2021

My story has now been judged for the contest and ranked so I’ve turned off comments now. I’m not interested in having to listen to more drama. This story will be continued with better explanation to it then this one-shot because I see it’s problems and I think it deserves better but that’s about it. Please respect my decision.

Equestria has been empty for centuries. The cities are abandoned, inhabited only by rats and birds. The ponies, or what's left of them, are scattered, isolated, and generally disagreeable.

Twilight tries to remain optimistic despite it all. Stories have taught her the fate of most immortals, forever resigned to be bitter and unproductive, and she will have no truck with it.

She reminds herself who she is. The Princess of Friendship. The Element of Magic. Personal student of Princess Celestia. Such accomplishments, deserving of pride, a reason to keep her chin held high.

She practices gratitude for what she still has: her ever-faithful companion, Spike, her full range of faculties, and her books.

She doesn't think about the Exodus. She doesn't think about Ponyville. She doesn't think about Spike's deteriorating health.

For the past one thousand, ninety eight years, Twilight's told herself things are going to get better. She's still waiting.

Spike is tired. He's been awake for over a thousand years and now it is finally his turn to sleep, once he is tucked in by Twilight, one last time that is.

It’s been a week since Princess Luna returned, and it has not been easy. Everypony still fears her, and she finds it difficult to accept the new changes that were made in her absence. This Equestria no longer seems familiar to Luna. If only there was a way she could get away from everything, to go somewhere tranquil and familiar.

The moon.

Princess Luna is certain, in her final moments on the moon as the last of her strength dies, that she deserves it.

Celestia, one of the greatest rulers Equestria has ever known, is now at the end of her life. With her sister gone, she spends her remaining days in seclusion as her kind reaches for the stars to explore the unknown. As she reflects upon her long life, a spirit in the form of a long lost loved one comes to console and comfort her in her final moments.

This story marks the absolute LAST of my Momlestia Saga. After this, the story has ended. Special Thanks to my best friend pabrony83 for being on this journey. Without him, these stories wouldn't have been possible.

Though Rated Teen and dealing with the theme of death, this is more Everyone rated than anything. Nonetheless, prepare for heartbreak with a heartwarming end.

As Nyx's time draws to a close and she prepares to be reunited with her mother and their friends at last, Nyx tasks another Alicorn with training her student who might one day become an alicorn and guardian of the dream realm.

My life has ended, but at least someone should know what had happened to me... I was somehow pulled into equestria and... Well, needless to say spite my best effort they didn't accept me. My soul never passed on. Now i’m forced to watch the ponies who had wronged me, try to make amends. Maybe i’ll be able make contact them but only time will tell.
