Ghost Phase's life was perfectly normal, thank you very much. She worked at a cafe, went to class, and read in the comfort of her apartment. Nothing unusual ever happened, which was exactly how she liked it. But when her changeling friend Misty Step came over to visit, Ghost found herself dragged into an adventure bigger than anything she could have imagined.

A fluffy story I update whenever I feel like it, about two friends seeking adventure in the normalcy of life.

Chrysalis never anticipated that she would live a nomadic lifestyle. Nevertheless, scavenging for berries, water, and maybe the occasional drops of love were her only options in an unpredictable world. Everything feels rather lonely during her travels, but she refuses to imagine a world where she forgave Starlight Glimmer, Twilight Sparkle, and their friends. She's more focused on siphoning love, not finding pathways toward what some call redemption.

During her travels, Chrysalis discovers an suspicious town nestled between a forest and a desert. The populace is nothing like she anticipated, and despite the lack of camaraderie between the villagers, snacking on their love seems like a viable option. Of course, that depends on whether she could get love from a village where shady business and treachery are the norms.

Rarity, formerly an artistic and well spoken pony of high class, is currently a medicated mush on her fainting couch. Twilight Sparkle pays her a visit to make sure she's alright.

It gets weird.

Discord hasn't been feeling himself lately. Rarity thinks that it might be a good idea to get his mind off of things by having him assist her with upcoming work for the Summer Sun Celebration. Being the good sport that he is, Big Mac helps Discord out.

As it turns out, the project is surprisingly fun.
It's also more than a little painful.

I mean, really, I'm sure the majority of us got some of the same vibes and impression during that episode featuring Countess Coloratura and Applejack. From childhood to the present, they seemed to be rather close. Looking at Applejack interact with Rara is what has always gotten me thinking about where they stand.

To me, it's like they have something a little more than friendship, and I wrote this to inquire upon those curious thoughts.

Fluttershy wonders why Twilight and Celestia let her into their relationship, and debates on what she adds to it. After all, they must say "I love you too" for some reason, right?

The newly reformed changelings have been given a mission by their visionary and benevelont King Thorax: they must snuggle all the ponies in Equestria. Most ponies take to this with gusto. Someponies are more... difficult than others.
