When a song doesn't help them see the light, what else can you do?

Print a second edition that calls them out for what they really are.

Twilight has let her anger get the best of her, and has called out her worst detractors for what they really are. But one fan shows her that her aim was not as precise as she thought, and those that took no sides paid the price for her negligence.

Whether they feel genuine care for their heroes, choose to show their upset in more mature ways, find inspiration, or find light after years of darkness, Twilight sees that the fans she'd thought so little of were more than she'd ever imagined.

Rated T for one slight hint at suicide.

I didn't write this for popularity. I wrote this as a metaphor to call people out. Just like they did.
Only I was more careful and actually cared. They didn't.

When Big McIntosh comes by Carousel Boutique acting strangely, Rarity doesn't understand why he's acting even shyer than usual. But when he asks her to fix an old, ragged doll for him, it becomes clear that there's more going on than Mac will admit. Even if he were more talkative than usual.

Big Mac has always been hard to read. But it'll be even worse when he puts effort into it and makes sure no one finds out about his little stuffed friend—or the real reasons why he feels the need to hide her.

Nocturne has always frowned upon Heart-and-Hooves Day, and for good reason—his looks and awkwardness discourage him from getting a date. But after some tips from the Princess of Love, Nocturne gathers his courage and asks to spend this day with a special pony—his first real friend, Fluttershy.

Well, not really a "date"-date. Just spending time together. As friends. Because that's all they are. Friends. And nothing else.

Right?

Nocturne's feelings for Fluttershy have been jumbled since day one. But trying to remind himself that Fluttershy is nothing more than a friend has become more difficult today than ever. Throw in some unfortunate mishaps, other stallions jostling for Fluttershy's heart, and Pinkie Pie having discovered Nocturne's hidden feelings, and Nocturne's heart—and his patience—will be tested at every turn.

But Fluttershy is a patient mare, and she hopes to bring her elusive friend out of his shell, and give him a Hearts-and-Hooves Day he'll always remember.

Special thanks for the amazing hand-drawn cover art to DandereShy!

Happy Valentine's Day!

(REWRITTEN)

I've had probably the worst day ever. As if the hard days at school, crappy job and bad life weren't enough, now I have humiliation to deal with on top of that. First, my bullying older brothers. Then high school. Then my break-up. And now this. And it just follows me everywhere I go.

But no matter what, no matter when, there's one thing in this world who is always there for me. It's been my only comfort for years, but even when I'm at my worst, she's always there for me.

Rated "Teen" for some cursing.

After Fluttershy finally blows up in her face, a genuinely confused Rainbow Dash has a discussion with Twilight Sparkle, concerning the events leading up to it. Twilight confronts Rainbow Dash with quite a number of occasions that prove that Rainbow Dash isn't quite as considerate of her friends as she thought—and Fluttershy isn't always as willing to please as she seems. But Dash truly is a good friend, and as long as she remembers her friend's feelings, it might not be too late for Rainbow Dash to patch things up.

Partially inspired by Jay-The-Brony's "...That's It?"

My name is Flash Sentry.

I wasn't always the cool, blue-haired kid playing guitar and sweet-talking ladies.

Once, there was only one lady I would have done anything for—and did.

And falling for her was the worst decision of my life. It left me broken. After a while, I was begging for some way for it to end.

I won't feel that way again. Ever.

One of Fluttershy's worst fears has been realized: Gilda's back in town, and once again the little yellow Pegasus is the target of her ire. Due to past events, it seems logical that Fluttershy would be scared to death this time around. But Fluttershy's a different pony, and Gilda's about to find out how different.

Just as Fluttershy is about to find out, after quite a bit of roaring and screaming, just how different Gilda is deep down inside.

Nopony likes criticism. Someday, eventually, somepony will hate something you write. Pinkie Pie is about to learn this the hard way, as she gives her latest story to Twilight to read. But as she reads and lists off the story's numerous obvious flaws, things begin to look a bit familiar.

Really familiar, actually.

A satire/crackfic written (at 2:30 AM, in about two hours) in humorous retaliation to my numerous criticisms as of late. Beginning to think I have issues.

Partially inspired by my proofing work for lord_steak. Thanks!

Also, my 30th story! Yay!

This story is a sequel to So Much Leg . . .

Hoofenmouth has tried to get better at talking to girls. And failed. He's tried to approach Sunset Shimmer. And failed. Now, today, he's gonna try again, prepared to go on with the rest of his day either way.

He's gonna fail.

All because of these three crazy beauties who somehow want his affections just to "reignite their lost powers.” Hoofenmouth doesn't know what it means, or why they're targeting him, but they are relentless enough to hold him hostage and seduce him to make it work, and now Hoof has to keep himself together while hoping someone finds him, trying all the while not to "ignite" too soon.

Will he fail?

Most likely.

Once again rated "Teen" for some naughty thoughts and actions, and heavy, heavy implications of premature ejaculation and masturbating.

This story is a sequel to GOAL!

After fouling up an attempt to ask Applejack out, you try the next best thing to get her attention: offering to fill a position as a farm hand on Sweet Apple Acres. While not your initial intention, you decide to make the most of it while you can, and use this opportunity to show off for the girl of your dreams. Over time, your attempts at work aren't spectacular, but they do more than impress Applejack. In fact, you two may just spark a tight, emotional—and maybe even sensual—bond . . . .

The fifth installment of "The Steam Collection". Second-person present-tense perspective set in the EG universe. Rated 'Teen' for some sexy, steamy moments.
