After a whirlwind courtship and the joyous months of happy romance, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie's relationship has fallen into a rut.

With Dash's busy lifestyle as a Wonderbolt making it hard for the couple to spend time together and Pinkie's flirtatious ways, the couple's love is put to the test like never before. Not yet ready to thrown in the towel, the girls are determined not to let the fire of their relationship burn out.

With the odds stacked against them, will they be able to stand through the trials and tribulations of a love frowned upon by society, or will the world manage to break them down?

A collection of all the stuff I wrote, but then decided not to use. Maybe these didn't hit the sweet spots I was looking for, maybe they're a touch too long, maybe I was just having a bad day when I wrote them and thought they were worse than they are; regardless, they're here. Hopefully, you'll maybe get some enjoyment out of them, or better yet, offer some feedback that helps me refine them into something usable.

My name's Rainbow Dash. I'm Equestria's fastest pegasus, I'm the Element of Loyalty, I've saved the whole kingdom more than once, I've laughed in the face of danger, and I'm a coward. That's right, I said it. I'm a coward. I've always been sure I could do anything. Win any race, beat any opponent, complete any job. But this is something I can't outrun, outsmart, or outlast. What's causing me—the most awesome pegasus ever—so much trouble? You wouldn't believe me if I told you.

How dare she come in here like I had nothing better to do than to drop all my orders and bow to her whims! I've never barged into the weather office to demand a sunny day when one hadn't been scheduled! Where does she get off demanding things from me? It's as though she knew I would stop whatever I was doing to make her happy. The painful part was, she was right.

Rainbow Dash comes out to her friends in a desperate attempt to find support as she flounders under the guilt of her sexual identity... but are the bonds of her friendship with the others really as strong as she hopes they are? Not an über-OOC or lynch mob fic.

Am I a bad influence?

So close in making her dream come true, this question roars in Rainbow Dash's troubled mind...

Rainbow has a crush, and Rarity seems to be the only one who wasn't informed. As she searches for the identity of Rainbow Dash's new love interest, Rarity questions whether or not her conclusions are based on reality... or on what she wishes were true.

Applejack reached up with a fore hoof to touch the brim of her hat. It was habitual, almost unconscious. She could feel, nestled safely underneath the hat, her two most precious treasures--a single blue feather and a small snippet of purple mane.

They were precious, more precious than anything besides her family and her farm, because they were only pieces of them she'd ever have.

Rainbow is having a bad day, and It's not getting any better. Surely things will get better once she gets home to the one she loves. One off ship-fic with Rainbowpie or Pinkiedash, whichever you prefer.
