Just a little thing I made while making a fight

My Mother was my everything, I understood what had to be done at such a young age after my father died, and I promised her that I would protect her with everything I had… but I failed her… I failed her the moment she made me plunge that knife right through her heart... while I trembled and fumbled to wipe her blood off of my clothes and skin, nobody came to my aid,no one came over to shield my eyes from the gruesome display that was my mothers bloody body, no one came to tell me it'll be okay, no one tried to clean the blood off of me, instead, laughter echoed through the castle's walls, and the one laughing the loudest was you… that laughter had haunted me day an night until that fateful day that I killed you. Do you understand the full capability of one's true hatred… this, is the full capability of my hatred" He finished, his arms stretched out, as if presenting a glorious masterpiece that depicts his words clearly.

A wasteland, nothing but ashes, mud and blood stained the ground. A broken city with a castle that is toppling over itself, bodies burning on pikes or hanging from the houses they were dragged out from… I did this. It's all nothing but a gray, lifeless blob in my eyes now, and I was the cause of this peaceful world's destruction. If I hadn't made him kill his mother, none of this would have happened, no more blood would have been spilt, my friend wouldn't have died, no fathers or mothers would have been taken away from their children…… no children would be orphaned or killed.
