Hey been a while right? Eh been away from Pony for quite some time. Funny how certain things no longer matter as much. Generation 5 came and it was a resulting pile of meh. I don't hate it. Characters can be fun, but it's really kind of empty. It did give me an idea for a fanfic though. Anyone interested in a "What happened to the Batponies?" series? Wouldn't be a long one, just a trilogy maybe six chapters apiece but I have the idea for this Batpony thief I've been throwing around. Maybe do some cool world building? Dunno just a thought.

Good to hear from you again, and I kinda share your sentiments on G5. Well, I found ANG fun, with a bit of the pony charm, songs, and Sunny and Zipp (even though, unlike in FiM, ponies don't do things with their tails and no villains die, only good characters like Argyle). But the rest was meh. There were a few fun points here and there but I just don't feel a lot of love for TYT or MYM. (Which at least makes me not obsess over Opaline's final fate if she ever gets one)
Good to see you are back. I personally like G5 okay, though since it has several inconsistencies with G4 I'm considering it Alternate Timeline or Universe. That means I can keep my headcanon at least. Not for me to judge. We all like what we like.

I hold it as a separate universe as well. I like to think of it as an alternative Equestria. One where Twilight wasn't as successful with the whole friendship thing.
