So, as season 1 finish with a very mysterious conversation of this new villians, the best I can do is to tell you who they are so... let's see...
Who are the Monarchs?
The Monarchs of Crime is a criminal organization that governs, directs, authorizes and distributes different coups, smuggling and crimes around the world.
It is an illegal macro-corporation, which is separated in different social strata or classes, being the absolute leader of the organization the one who dictates the orders, gathers the members and acts as a peace mediator when they have internal or external conflict. The monarchs are:
The leader: no one does anything if the leader didn't allow to do so. He directs every physical, economic and political movement that the monarchs, who are under his protection, decide to make.
Don Bruto Marequentis (No known alias): Founder and leader of the organization, Don Bruto began to become known during the early years of magic, his power growing until he was able to create the organization. Some falsely claim to have seen him, however, few people know what he looks like. Race: Nomag
The kings or monarchs: Criminals of the highest rank, recognized worldwide and unaccounted for, they are welcomed by the leader for his protection, mood and control, they pay him a tribute for being members of the organization and let themselves be directed by him. Together they decide their physical, economic or political strategies to propose them to the leader at the expense of his approval.
Queen Chrysalis (No known alias): The right hand of Don Bruto, since her appearance, Chrysalis has been with him at all times, she is the co-founder of the organization and the equerical leader of the magical race of the Succubi and Incubi. Her most famous attack was on the city of Marehattan four years after the appearance of magic. Race: Succubus
Feiren Fouster (Alias King Sombra): He is the most persecuted drug dealer in the world, native of Brestmany and of totalitarian ideas, he is famous for his multiple attacks, mostly political, in different countries and for his most requested drug; the Dark Crital or Darktal as he is usually known. Race: Unicorn
Starislavd Amadeus Torcher (Alias Great Torch or Torch): World-renowned arms dealer, extrovert and Griffussian tycoon, he is wanted in multiple countries for murder, manslaughter and large-scale extortion. He has been with his entourage of henchmen since before magic. Race: Dragon
Annita Maldatinni (Alias Cozzy Glow): Leader of the terrorist gang Underrated, becoming known after the 10000 yards bombing perpetrated by a nomag member. Her appearance and theatrical skills make her look like an innocent girl, which she used to deceive and become a feared leader in Pegaly. Media and political manipulation along with extortion are her forte. Race: Pegasus
Lord Tirek (no known alias): White slavery, runs the largest network of prostitution and sexual and non-sexual slaves on the planet, as well as having his own army of zombified and mutants created by him. He swore allegiance to Don Bruto after he saved his life of a former associate of him. Race: Mystical
Princes: Members who have no voice in the proposals, but vote in matter of affirmative or negative, are usually less recognized criminals or directly unrecognized which act as advisors to the leader, as theya are good strategists.
Ferseo Twins (The Flim and Flam Brothers): Flamgus and Flimker Ferseo are twin brothers, leaders of the Flim & Flam Liquors distillery, a company they use to launder money from the criminal activities of their group Last Normals on Earth. They are masters of trickery, swindling and have an entourage of professional hackers. Race: Nomags
Rich Family (No known alias): Businessmen, one in the stock market (Filthy Rich) and one in real estate (Spoiler Rich) both embezzle money from their companies to purchase illegal drug plantations. Associated with Fieren, they are among the richest people in Equerica. Race: Unicorns

Um I think you missed spelled the rich family race or their a unicorn in this universe. But I though they were earth ponies or whatever the term for that is.
I do wonder if there are any PMC’s in the mix also?
