Hello guys! It's me, Midnight Blitzer, and I've come to talk about some things. This is very important so I recommend that you read the entire thing, as there's multiple links, multiple things I want to say, and planned projects!

Second of all, as I might've mentioned before or as you all might've realized, I haven't been posting stories or chapters. This is because I've been working so heavily on the Lightendark OST. But that brings the question... What is Lightendark? Why do I care for it? And how will this affect my work in Fimfiction?
To make a long story short, Lightendark is part of an M Rated series called The Beatrix Belladonna Saga. Remember Spirits of Light and Dark, that Terraria story I made here? Well, that featured Beatrix from Lightendark and it was going to cover parts of its lore here as Beatrix explored the world of Terraria.
There was a time when I wrote stories, including my first true Featured Story, Equestria's UnOrdinary, only to delete everything as I ended up getting overwhelmed. And the Beatrix Belladonna Series brought me back into writing. This happened a few months after I initially encountered the series when Dr Sharaz Jek, after participating in a writing contest where I met them, decided to post a OC Wanted Blog in which I entered Midnight Blitzer. At that phase, I was allowing others to use my Main OC as I had no desire to write anymore after being overwhelmed. But not only did they feature him in one of their next stories, they went ahead and included Midnight as one of the major characters for The Beatrix Belladonna Saga!
And upon seeing the way Midnight was written, and upon hearing that they planned to make Midnight his own lore/story(!) based on the information I gave to Sharaz during that OC Wanted Blog, it was that that gave me the desire to write What Do You Mean We Can't Eat Nuts! And then subsequently write stories around my OCs.
So, is the reason I care for Lightendark because Sharaz and Nota featured my OC? Well, not entirely. I ended up reading the earlier stories of the series, and while it was very dark (aka many ponies died horrible deaths), I saw the potential it had, and potential it did achieve as I can say that the series's lore is very good! I think it's one of those diamond-in-the-rough stories that many don't pay attention to it. There's a reason why I have it in my library collection of Stories I Would Watch If They Were An Anime!
When Nota, the co writer of Lightendark, announced that they planned to create character bios, I wanted to give those characters original themes. In that time I was just starting to experiment with creating music in my Youtube Channel. And since then I've been creating character themes for the Lightendark cast, with Nota helping me along the way.
I decided to write this blog because Dr Sharaz Jek ended up creating a group for their series. You don't have to join, but if you want to know the series that I've been creating themes for, then you can join the group and read the collection. I must mention that this is a M Rated Series that frequently uses all of Fimfiction's Red Tags, but if you're willing to go through it, you'll find that it can be fun. And well, as I mentioned, the latter half of Fimfiction features Midnight Blitzer starting with The Forbidden Manor (and technically earlier with The Paradise Planet of the OCs), so if you want to see Midnight Blitzer written in a different style in a huge series then Lightendark is your best bet!

The series also contains potential leaks about the future of Let Our Values Endure, especially if you read the comments where I ramble about how this could connect to Let Our Values Endure. Yep! Let Our Values Endure is theoretically connected to Lightendark! But I won't reveal how! You'll find that answering within the stories that Midnight has been featured, or when I write enough of LOVE to showcase a potential way my world gets tied to theirs.
So now that you know why I care for the series, it's time to answer the final question. How will this affect my stories?
Well, recently I've been playing both Terraria and reading Harry Potter stories. Yeah, I should've been working on my stories, but I can't find any desire to do so. But my plan is to reinvigorate that desire by having a little writing exercise, and I've come to the conclusion that the way to do this would be to either write a Harry Potter crossover or to revive Spirits of Light and Dark!
For the Harry Potter Crossover, it will be about Sunset entering the world of Harry Potter and how her presence will affect history. I've been watching two SuperCarlinBrothers Youtube Series, What if Harry was In Slytherin and Dumbledore's Big Plan, they were very educational to ramping up my knowledge of Harry Potter, and of course, I've been reading Harry Potter books, and I can already see how the plot would go.
Spoilers, Harry is in a different house, a Weasley other than Percy will be separated, Sunset's going to pull a Harry Potter move from Book 7 in Book 4, and a trio of girls will enter Hogwarts upon hearing about Sunset's 'magic'.
The reason I was interested in making a HP Story was because I haven't seen anyone reach up to book 7. Or even book 3. Everyone pretty much stops after Book 2. Maybe because it would be a long series, and that probably would end up being the case for me as well. But I'm interested in at least trying. However, I have faith in that other people can tackle this, and besides, there's Spirits of Light and Dark to talk about!
For Spirits of Light and Dark, I plan on doing a Master Mode Crimson Playthrough. I feel the Crimson fits Beatrix's lore better, and while I am still not an expert player, I am willing to go through the pain of Master Mode! And I will be recording my gameplay instead of pausing the game to write a sentence in the story and then go back to gaming. And hey I could post it on Youtube! And I feel Spirits of Light and Dark could be used to show you guys Beatrix's lore.
Some changes I will make is that the series will be T Rated, unlike before where it was M rated. The original reason I made it M was because I felt that the Guide and Clothier exploding is a bit gore, along with trying to explain Beatrix's tough lore, but I feel that I overestimated, and thus I will be writing the series in T Rated! Like I said, I will be changing the world from Corruption to Crimson, despite Corruption fitting Beatrix's fur color. And I even resetted my achievements. I was going to do that anyways since 1.4.4 came out, but why not slap do a Beatrix playthrough and write a story!
Thus, I will be making a poll where you can decide. Both story ideas will ironically take a lot of time and effort despite them being a 'writing exercise'. I will continue to write Let Our Values Endure once I feel back in the rhythm, but for now, I recommend that you guys vote!
