Possible Quote For The Joker In The Deck

Hey, guys. Thought I'd drop in and share a little something I've been tinkering with for my P5 Joker in the Assassinverse project. It's a possible line for Joker to drop when he officially declares war on the Traditionalists, prior to recruiting his team, and I could use some feedback. Well, here you go.
