Hello dear readers, people who wandered here by mistake, and possibly my mother if she remembers her password,
Chapter 7 of Children of the Sun is posted, you can find it here.
I'm sure some of you will inevitably ask why I've posted seven chapters of Children of the Sun so far, but only two of Lover of the Moon. The answer is simple: I'm working out the kinks in the plot. I've written a draft and it just isn't right, no matter what I fix, and I'm not posting it 'til it's good enough. Also, I've had the plan for Children of the Sun fleshed out for over a year before I'd figured out how its sister fic fit into it. I will tell both, and there will be a period where I'll be catching Lover of the Moon up to about the same time period, chronologically.
And... hopefully that'll be soon. I've been rather busy as of late. Family taking up a lot of time. Got COVID. The general stress of facing the last year of classes for my college degree without having any clue where I'm going afterwards. General life stuff. I'm hoping to write more and have more to post soon, though, so stay tuned, and thanks for sticking with me!
Best of luck to you, okay? I can only attempt to imagine how rough it could be trying to pull off the tricky sister story combo, especially with the way you're doing it WHILE the world is continuing throwing a tantrum, and I must say...
I'm impressed. You're doing very well, in fact much, Much better than what I could make most definitely. I believe in ya, and hope you continue doing what you love and have passion for.
