I'll try to keep this brief, as I know most of you don't come to my page for political bullshit, and I do take pride in keeping myself down to 2-3 political outbursts a year, and saving the rest of that nonsense for Letters.
As of this writing, I'm down seven followers here on Fimfiction (but gained two, plus one on Twitter), and got permabanned from r/news. So that road to 2k followers remains a very slow one.
But in retrospect, it's not likely a terrible loss. That was the very first time I've ever commented on r/news posts, I stand by every word I said, and the followers here on Fimfiction who felt offended by what I posted in my previous blog aren't the sort I'm looking to create content for in the first place. If you believe your faith gives you the moral authority to dictate what others do with their lives and bodies (including clumps of cells commonly known as 'fetuses'), then you deserve nothing less than complete and utter ostracism from modern society. Religion is a manmade concept that has done far more harm than good throughout human history, thought up to help us explain away the suffering and chaos that unfortunately comes along with existing.
But enough of that.
To my two new followers, and the followers I've gained in the past few weeks, welcome! I sincerely hope you enjoy the pony tales I've created, and will create in the future. I give you my word; blog posts like the one earlier tonight are an extreme rarity from me on this site; feel free to browse through the 2000+ entries I've made for proof.

I have to double-check to make sure I actually have something spicy planned that isn't ageplay-related, because I am aware of how niche that is. Hm, maybe I should start brainstorming that SunnyHitch clopfic that some readers want me to do, because I do believe the only other M-rated stories in the planning stages so far are ageplay-related.

Just hang on, if you look at page 118-119 you can see them setting up their next attacks and they're going to be just as bad. Stuff like allowing states to ban contraception, making gay sex and marriage illegal are all on their hit list.
Can't really blame you. It's a very contentious topic.

I never said this wasn't going to get worse. It likely will until atheists and antitheists rise up and unequivocally show religious rich assholes what we think of their supposed moral authority.

It's not just religion. I mean, sure, in this case it kind of is. But speaking as both a Catholic and a jaded misanthrope, I believe that we as a species are the problem, and that religion is at its worst just one of many excuses humans use to be pieces of shit to one another.
It's a shame too, because there is real wisdom in the Bible's pages, and the other holy books I'm sure. I can even point to a few passages that justify the masks and vaccines during the pandemic. But sometimes I can't help but think that the people who rant and rave the loudest about the Bible are the ones who most need to crack it open and see what it actually says. To look for the passages that say to do good by each other, to not be so full of themselves, to take the talents and gifts you have and share them with the world.
